The probability of a number that hit in the last 200 repeating in the next 200 is still mathematically 1/1000.
IOW the probability of any individual number in the 200 list is the same as any individual number in the 800 list.
However the prob of that the next draw will be from last 200 draws is only1/4 times the probability of its being from the 800 list. But that's ONLY because 800 is more than 200 not becxause they have not been drawn!
