Hi Stalyn,
I'm asked that question periodically, so I don't mind answering on the forums where hopefully a lot of people can see it.
When I started this site (and its sister site USA Mega) nearly a decade ago, I realized that there would be some trade-offs, due to the amount of time it takes to keep the site going.
One of the biggest personal trade-offs was that I would no longer be able to devote the same amount of time to coming up with number workouts, tracking, and so forth. I also don't play nearly as much as I was able to before.
Typically I play "personal favorite numbers" and Quick Picks a lot more than I ever did, because they are quicker to play and don't require a lot of preparation. If I'm able to play these days, it's typically when I happen to be at the store and can play, rather than planning to play every day.
That's the downside. But the positive side is that I really enjoy keeping this site going for people, and through the data, statistics, systems, and tools that I've programmed, I can provide a ton more help for people than I could by doing personal workouts.
If you are looking for some ready-to-play numbers, I'd recommend the Lucky's systems (Lucky's Daily Tracker and Lucky's Followers System), and you can also Deflate and Inspect numbers on the Predictions Board or from the Results pages.
You can also use the Lottery Results Search Engine to find recent and long-term hits for singles, pairs, doubles, triples, quads (for pick 4), or any type of combinations that you can think of, positional or non-positional.
You can use the vTracs pages to view the current results as vTracs, as well as using the vTracs Mirrors chart (and Pick 4 version) to pull out all the Pick 3 and Pick 4 combinations that relate to specific vTracs.
There is lots of specific information you can view for every game too. Just go to the Lottery Results page, click on the state, and then click on the specific game name. You will see a menu of choices for that game.
One of the popup menu choices is to view the Statistics for the game. You will find that, like any of the pages at Lottery Post, once you see the stats page, you will notice that it is highly configurable. You will be able to view the stats for the game for lots of different time periods, up to and including viewing the stats over the entire history of the game. You can also sort the statistics in a variety of ways.
Other great popup menu options for each game includes the ability to Deflate the lottery results for the game, Inspect the results for the game, see all the past results, search the past results, view the history of jackpots for the game, and even see a detailed Game Information page.
There are probably a lot of things I'm leaving out. I'd recommend checking out all of the options available in the Resources menu, which includes many of the things I've mentioned, plus a lot of things I didn't mention. Also, the Systems menu is a great place to look.
Finally, the About Us page includes descriptions and links to lots and lots of places to check out on the site, and finally the Site Map includes links to every page on the site that I could think of. (With the exception of the individual topic threads on the forums -- you'd be best off the use the Search page to track those down.)
I hope this was helpful, good luck!
