If you had West Virginia Cash25 in your state do you think you could hit it? and if so how many times per year...

Are you listening State Lottery? Why aren't they getting paid...But again who do you give the West Virginia Jackpot to? Some retard who takes the $25,000 and squanders it.....

I probably could if I bought as many tickets for it (6/25 = 1:177,100) as I had for the Ohio Classic Lotto (6/49 = 1:13,983,816) but I doubt if I would spend the same amount to win $25,000 as I would to win $32,000,000.

If someone wants to play a game just to say they've won then they should play the pick3 games, with odds of 1:1000 of winning a $500 prize their chances of a win are much better but winning $500 is not going to effect their lives as much as $32,000,000 win.

* you don't need to buy every combination, just the winning ones *

Before the Illinois Little Lotto game was a 5/39 game it was a 5/30. Granted not a 25 number matrix, but nine numbers less than the present 39.

Oh I just used to hit it left and right, it was so easy to do.

JUST KIDDING!

As RJOh hinted at, the lotteries know what they're doing regarding game difficulty and top prizes.

I've never hit 5 for 5 on the 5/30, let alone the 5/39.

Still tryng though.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any. So many systems, so many theories, so few jackpot winners.

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

Way back when I was posting on the LP prediction boards I went after the WV 6/25 with a simple 3if5of6in26 numbers randomized open cover wheel for each draw. Took a fair amount of plays to hit 5 numbers. BobP

I am willing to bet, that if you created a lottery, just like WVa Cash25 and you paid $2,000 as the jackpot and you took it to the remotes areas of this planet where there is a scarse of money/food, like some parts of Africa or Mongolia, or Afganistan, or Haiti...I am willing to bet that that jackpot will be won over and over...And it doesn't necessarily has to be a Pick6/25 it could be a Pick5/25....

or it could be a Pick5/25 + Pick1/5....It could even be a Pick4/25 + Pick1/5 + Pick1/5....Could you all hit this one????

If that game was taken to remote parts of the world where there is scarce money and food, how would people even have the money to play??? In those parts of the world their main goal and focus in life is "surviving" from day to day.

If you've had the GH software long enough to have the old Florida 5/26 game run the 9 chart. You'll find the game repeated a previous draw 46 times. All you had to do to win was play all the previous drawn combinations. You'd also pick up a ton of 3 and 4 number prizes inbetween jackpot hits.
