  Luck is not a very good strategy you have no control over it I know I tried it and never won anything,but using software and systems as a strategy definitely increases your chances of winning I know I've tried it and won money in the daily games now I'm trying the jackpot games!!!

  If you search through my posts, I wrote that a lower odds game with a lower Jackpot will make more money over the long run by attracting more players through more frequent wins because of the lowered odds.

  I'd like to say regarding PB and MM that if we cut each of the four number fields in half and halved the Prize amounts, the game would be MUCH more exciting as well as PLAYABLE and generate TEN times more revenue for all States.  But I don't "think" the lotto powers that be would for for that.

  So here is what I suggest:

  a- Call it PowerMillions or HotCash

  b- Select SEVEN number from 1-45 and a second number from 1-10.

  c- Starting Jackpot: $6,000,000

  You read it here first!

  It would need a different prize structure than MM and PB now have because if they pay for just matching the bonus numbers, no money would be generated for the jackpot which would be 2-3 timer harder to win.  States could end up losing more than the $6M you suggest the game start at and not get 40-50% of ticket sales to help their budgets.
