Dear Mega Millions Commission.
I simply cannot understand how a person can be expected to believe the megamillion draw is nothing short of a hoax. I notice the camera angle for the big drum thats easy and then we loose that view and the view changes to where the balls are released at the bottom of the drum when the draw starts releasing the balls.
I would like to see a four way split screen shot and so would a lot of other people of the drawing on Tuesday and Fridays.
The split screen would consist of the following camera shots all at the same time.
A.) A view of the big drum rotating as it now stands at the present time, with the commentator standing there next to it.
B.) A view of the real time and the date while the draw is being performed
C.) A view of the actual dollar amount that has been determined as the grand total.
D.) A view of the balls being released from the bottom of the drum as it is now.
I don't even want to go there in regard to believing that the drawing is on the up and up. I've come to one scenario already with the present system in place as it operates now. Here goes, the actual drawing is previously done and taped, the numbers that are drawn are now preditermined. Then everybody goes out and spends money on easy pick tickets, some of us suckers actual fill out those stupid pink slips thinking our birthday is gonna come up what a joke. Then when megamillion is in the black an actual winning jackpot takes place. The powers to be, be it the computer program or lottery kingpin decides which state gets the lucky ticket by the pre- printed easy pick distrubution system that print out the tickets. I have a high school education and believe me when I say it doesn't take an Einstein to figure out how your screwing the public. I'm from Michigan where the yearly average wage is 35,000 for a family of four how do you expect us to compete and win with the west and east coast people when their yearly average income is 150,00 for a family of four, and the price of the megamillion ticket is still the same for everyone (1 dollar) across the country. These people are buying four to five times as many tickets then us poor people in the midwest can they can afford it. The least you can do is give us a fair draw.
Please can someone out there help and correct these short comings.
Than You
