      Just wanted to throw out there as we prepare for the sky to fall that de Bird on de Wire this a.m. was a very solid 2.   Saw a 4 and maybe a 1 but mostly 2222222222222222.   Perhaps that it really the number for snow bird....... J

  Hey Jake,  the last time Georgia had 222 for midday was 9/15/1999...... WAY OVERDUE, I'd say.   The last time 222 fell on the evening game was 2/7/09.  I woke up in the middle of last night and my thought was "snow 000".  I have no clue where that thought came from.  Success Drm Bk lists 333 for snow.

  I hope the weather in Delaware will not be as bad as has been predicted.  Please take care and keep us posted.

    LilT, TA and Maggie -  My pleasure and I sure do hope where you are the only thing that falls is a winning number! 

   

        On a side note, I'm the vasculopath migraineur who gets a headache with every storm system that moves through due to fluctuations in barometric pressure squishing the fluid in my head   Something very, very odd going on because I'm waiting for the Great White of all headaches and it ain't here yet.   In other words, I should have a HA but I don't.  I know that sounds odd and perhaps like tempting fate but it's reality for me.    You may recall my migraine adventure mentioned in an earlier post here on the Mystical - that was the herald of a major storm that proceeded to hit.    I can't put my finger on it, but there is going to be a twist with this storm.  I don't know that that might be just that it's going to do something unusual, I'm sure of it.  Hey, it's winter time and how dare we have cold weather and snow and blizzard conditions!   It's been about 2 decades since we had a 'normal' winter and I have to smile as I hear those who've moved here to escape bad weather complaining about this weather.  I was about to mention again how much I do enjoy bad weather despite the HAs, but perhaps I should hold that thought in case someone figures out how to stone me via cyberspace.  I am, however,  beginning to understand more and more about the odd bird behavior here.  Did you know there are people who believe that you only need to look to birds to know exactly what is going to happen next with all things weather and nature?  Fascinating, I think.

  Happy Friday.    Now, the most serious thing I'll say today - remember that earlier post where I mentioned taking care to look out for accidents and mishaps?   There could be no more critical time to be vigilant.   Take extra care for yourself, and please shovel, salt or sand for anyone that has problems ambulating or who is at a fall risk in good weather.  You might save a hip or even a life.    J
