  I just requested a claim form from the place I buy my tickets. The lady asked if I won and I said I'm just getting ready for the win. Lol.

  So how many of you have a claim form ready??

  I'm only 20 minutes away from a lottery claim center, just go fill out the forms and walk away with a check.

  at least you understand how I am feeling, it will be a dream come true if I can step inside the lottery winner's room and fill out the claim form.

  Not only have I download the form--I have Mapquest and Google the address to the CA Lottery Office in SA and also I know the hours of operation in advance

  When I win I'll just go to the district office in Van Nuys instead of Sacramento.
