  What's depressing is when one person or corporation wins 350 million.why not 350 people winning 1 million ever!

  In CA, it can be very important how many other people win, when you do.

  I was looking at the CA Fantasy 5 game: prizes paid in 2009 for matching 5 of 5 out of 39 (575,757 combos)

  Highest jackpot prize: $714,949
