  Hi yall trying to get my feet wet here trying to learn rundowns ect, and some basic rules, if you could answer any of these it would be helpfull

  i live in ga.

  how do i know when a double or a triple is coming? are there any basic rules to follow i thought i read a long time ago about a zero rule does anyone have it? do certain nos like to fall after a 9 or 4? also what is a sum or a root and how do i figure out which one is missing? vtracs? what is the easiest rundown to use? thanks in advance for your time.
