how about a: 10 cents or a nickel scratchoff, where you win: $700 or $800 or $900 dollars or $600 or $400 dollars or $350 dollars...It could bring like: $5 million or $3 million dollars per year to a state...It might not look like a lot but it is...For example those: $5 Million a year could go into buying a MACH5 SUPERCOMPUTER for the Education department of that state...it can buy each state one each year...or buy another country/province education department one...courtesy of the USA GOVERNMENT...

and if the education department dont need it let it go to some charity...

India/China you can do the same if you like...

even though i¨ll like for it to go and i think is better if it goes to some SMALL RNG GAME...

There is like: 100,000 stuffs [INCLUDING CHARITIES] JUST IN THE USA ALONE [maybe more] WHERE THOSE $5 MILLION OR $3 MILLION DOLLARS a year could help...

from fixing side walks, to fixing bridges, to helping metally disabled or retarded people/kids, to Haiti, to Hurricane/tornado victims, to polar bears to helping samoans, to feeding ants, to the bee problem, to cutting grass/bush, to finding antidotes to snakes/spiders, ect, ect, ecccccccccccctttttttccccccccc...

1 of the things they can do with that money is put some people in cryogenics...again there is like: 100,000 things you can do with that money...

i dont know for every 200 tickets sold per day they take 40% something is better than nothing... they can also sell them online...or place scratchoffs machines/atm machines sort of speak...maybe you get a card to play scratchofffs and you approach one of this scratchoffs atm machine and swipe your scratchoff card deposit 5 cents and it will tell you if you are a winner or not, i dont know...
