I agree. Vultures are everywhere. It reminds me of people who volunteer their homes for tours (some townhomes/neighborhoods do this once a year to show remodeling you have done, etc.). I never do it since I would not want strangers going through my home. Don't advertise what you own.

It is kind of like when you write a book or two. People assume you made millions and they all want to know "shortcuts" (vs hard work) to getting a book deal. Keep your old car and do not stand out.

Isn't it a sad reflection of our society when you don't want people to know what you have because you are afraid that they will take it.

So true. There was a great book out more than 15 years ago, called the Millionaire Next Door (or something like that)....drove an old Ford and blended in....good advice.

4 episode marathon of The Lottery Changed my Life on TLC today beginning at 3pm. The episode with Leroy Fick and son will be on at 5 pm. Remember he was the man on foodstamps when he won 2 million dollars.

There is another The Lottery Changed My Life marathon on Monday April 2nd starting at 3 pm. It was on the schedule for the last few weeks. TLC should have ran marathons all this week just for ratings.
