  In my area, Bay County (Florida) Many of the big wnners are those who don't play often or only buy one ticket a week.  I find it to be so amazing when I hear of people like this winning so big.  It just seems to me that those who spend $50 are more should be the frequent winners of the big 5 and 6 figure wins.  However, that is not the case.

  There are all types that win. Doesnt surprise me.

   

  Also doesnt surprise me that there have been multiple players over the past couple years who have won more than 1 Top Prize on scratch offs as well.

  There are some players that win a huge jackpot ($Millions), and then play books and books and books over time, then they hit a Top Prize again.

  i think the number of people who just play 1 game 1 day a week, and use quick picks, prob out number everyone else. so they will show up in the  winners circle more.
