  ok what I would really think (without being a 'lil miss smartie-pants') of as a great method would be to be able to construct an algorithm that would allow me to predict within a 30 day period when the lottery would win - and which numbers would be most 'favorable' to be in the winning streak.

  then i would play some derivation of that number set like crazy-mad!

  I've always thought that as well. To just go back in time just 5 minutes would be all it would take. Shouldn't be difficult right?

  Shoot - if i could do that I woud go back - not to win the lottery but to find out who really ate the last piece of the cheesecake that I made (everyone is claiming ignorance - so it would appear that we have a phantom-eater here)
