  Anyone here have a pick 4 to pick 3 conversion tool. I've searched through the site and cannot locate a simple tool to do the conversion

  Does anyone have one that can convert from Pick 4 to Pick 3 using maybe 4-5 numbers at a time. This tool i think is very effective I think for pick 4.

  Example

  4615 = 461 415 465 615

  If someone is good with excel and can probably create this simple tool be great. I try to do it myself and due to my experience with cannot manage to do it. Thanks.
