  How is it even legal to sell a game with ZERO top prizes left is beyond me. Some of these games $5 and $10 games have ZERO 2nd and 3rd tier prizes left yet they still sell this junk in stores!!!

  Wow James, that's totally BS. They are capable. Take a look at Texas Lottery website and they have all that info. Florida is just too lazy or greedy to post that info.
