  If you do a Internet search for lottery wheels, you can find a recording setting 163 lines wheel for 49 numbers that guarantees a match 3.  In Ohio's Classic Lotto that would mean if you're willing to buy 163 lines for $163, you're guaranteed to win at least $2.

  I play lucky little lotto which is 5/39 and lotto which is 6/52 in illinois. do you know any if its a 200$ max doesnt exactly have to be the max just looking for the best mathematical odds thank you
