  Are u asking if we'd take the car and the house or take just the money? I'd take the money and just buy what I want.......whereas if you take property i.e. house and car you have to pay taxes on it before you can take possession of it.....take the cash then you'll have the money to pay the taxes...btw an armada is a great suv....but it sucks on gas....now if you got millions and thats your thing....who cares what gas cost....enjoy!!
