Within a few short weeks, kaleefornuan's will be playing Powerball, and most likely be scooping up the lions share of the PB jackpots.

Are there certain misconceptions and prejudices against this pioneer state, for this phenomenon?

If they continue to win a majority of the multi-state lotteries, will you boycott any of the games.
