As for my dads reaction...... First of all, my parents absolutely could not believe that I had won again, and so soon after the other win. It took about 20 minutes to get them to believe me. When I told my dad the ticket was his, he thought I was joking. Then he wouldnt take it. Then I told if he didnt take it, I was going to give it to my ex wife. He took it. =)
It sounds like he is going to use it to take my mom on a cruise to Italy since he hates flying, and its always been a dream of theirs to go. I have no idea what thats going to cost them, but who cares. I hope they live it up! lol.
If he has money left over (which he better) I think he might buy a nice fishing boat, and pay off the small balance on their mortgage. Time will tell.
Also........... my dad is super cautious of the internet... With that being said, he has asked me to NOT post a picture of the ticket. He said he will get a copy made and after he has the cash in hand, he will let me snap and share a photo. He got burned once by an online scammer and is overly cautious now. So I will respect his wish.
For myself..... I have put a offer on a house. And, bought a new to me car this weekend. Picked up a 2013 ZL1 Camaro. Its not a ferarri, but at $30k with 29k miles and 605horsepower it will do just fine. =)

I just assumed they tossed that date in there at some point, maybe when they first started putting dates in, and then never changed it to TBA. Or something along those lines. If the game has enough tickets to last till 2018 it's only because they're hoarding the tickets and only releasing them once in a while.
I'm not sure who has the instant liability reports/requested reports for 200MS, but the number of books across the state probably can't be too many at this point.
When I requested the report for Jacksonville/Gainesville areas, only 1 store had it in Jax. Most of the 200MS books in North FL are in Gainesville, or very nearby rural food stores in that general area.
I don't think there's enough tickets to last until 2018 on 200MS. However, I'm curious as to how AK Kwik manages to acquire such a large stock of tickets. They were able to get 20 books of 200MS, 50X The Cash, and Holiday Gifts like it was easy.

Hey guys. Nothing exciting to report. Spent the weekend with my daughter having some fun.
As for buying a certain game out, I wouldnt be opposed to doing it, within reason. I mean, If I were to invest say.... $18,000 buying up the last 30 books of a $10 game, and that game had 1-2 top prizes remaining, why not? The biggest issue with that is logistics. It would be near impossible to get to all of them as they are scattered about the state.. This isnt Rhode Island that we are talking about.
If anyone has a logical way to do so, and know the ticket to do it on, im all ears. =)
I was only joking about the buyout thing. I think based on the roll numbers being reported that $200MS and 50X SHOULD have a jackpot winner circulating somewhere out there, but there's no way to know. The roll numbers seem to suggest that there's plenty of books at what would be near the end of the printing to have the winners, but those same stats also say there should be some decent $100+ prizes left.
200MS seems like the best try. It said in the latest report that Oldghost posted awhile back that there were 7 $10K prizes left (the method where there's 10 matching numbers with $1K under each would be pretty darn hard to miss) in addition to the other single match prizes at the $5K, $10K, $20K, and $1M level. With all the books being played I'm shocked we havent seen a $10K winner but then again the lottery wouldn't report that on the webpage and unless someone who posts here told us we'd never know. This game is being played like crazy by a lot of people who post here. There maybe around less than 60 total books active and sitting at retailers for sale. Over a third of that total is sitting in Gainesville between AK Qwik Stop and Sun Mart and other various places in North Central FL. May have to get an updated list of retailers carrying it, but the last I heard the supply was virtually gone for this game everywhere in FL south of State Road 70, and the Panhandle seems to be running out also. One thing I would check if going after the end of this game is the roll numbers of the previous 18 winners. I'm guessing Jackpot number 19 must be between roll numbers 500000-525000 and Jackpot 20 525000 to the end, but knowing the roll numbers of the previous 18 winners would help especially if one of them won on a roll after 500000. Also given the 10 year schedule that was set up for this game, it's unlikely the last 2 jackpot tickets got lost in vending machines because the game was out of that venue for the past few years before the final tickets came out.
50X would be another target, but I still see quite a few vendors carrying this game, oddly enough the bulk are also in North-Central FL. I looked at Dracos two rolls he scratched off yesterday and there's plenty of space between those where 2 jackpots could potentially reside, but again, I'd want to see the roll numbers of the previous 21 winners. If winner of Jackpot 21 was deep into the 500s, I'd have my doubts a jackpot was still out there. One thing worries me is this game was carried by vending machines and is more likely a potential winner may have been destroyed before sale when new games replaced it. There saying there might be down to 80 or so books, of which at least 10 reside at AK Kwik Stop.
Holiday Gifts - There still seems to be quite a few of these rolls floating around. You nailed the 2nd jackpot. There's plenty of rolls in the sub 60K range sitting around...North Central FL again (I checked these games and other than a winner from Starke on 200MS we are usually a dead ticket area). The problem I have here is that when the game came out for the holidays and was in vending machines its quite possible the first jackpot ended up there but got picked up before being sold when the game was replaced after the holidays. I'm least sure about where the lower-roll jackpot is still out there.
As for logistics, I think one of the LP posters came up with the idea of driving you to all the locations on the list to buy the remaining books since its hard to drive yourself if they have you tied up (j/k). In truth, if you can get the updated retailer reports I don't think the tickets are as spread out as they were. Maybe AK Qwik Stop can FedEx the tickets? If you're going to try though, you might want to look into this before the 5 of July when the new games come out and the lottery comes to pick up games like 50X from retailers so they can display the new Monopoly games.
For those that have the reports I have a question. Does a retailer for the Citgo in Kenansville (441 and Canoe Creek Rd) show up on the list for any of these games. I believe this location is the most isolated in the entire state of FL and has the lowest amount of traffic except the truck drivers avoiding the Turnpike and the migrant workers. It's about as middle of nowhere as one can get in FL. Possible a ticket might sit idle on a roll for months.

The cruise actually shouldn't cost that much, depending on what room they get and what cruise line they choose. Though the Transatlantic cruises I've seen typically go to countries on the Atlantic coast like Spain, the UK. So he may have to take two. One to get across, then one that's a Mediterranean cruise.
I'm on his side. I wouldn't post a big winner before claiming it either. The likelihood of someone being able to do something with it may be minimal, even with bar codes and the full serial number, but why even risk it.
I always wanted to win a big ass lotto just to be able to do what you did for you father. (Obviously for the other reasons, but this thought always is part of it).

I wonder if there are anymore 200 ms in broward county?
Email your lotto rep requesting ticket locations in your area (Maritza), and she'll send you a PDF of all locations with that game in stock in that area. Always call before you head to the store so you don't waste gas. What I've found is that typically 1/3rd of the stores actually have those older games when you actually go to them.

@lottoluv, I dont think so. I have spent much more than $800 and completed all of 200ms games in south florida...I am 100% confident that there is none in South Florida as I got the list from Lotto office of Miami and went and individually checked out and bought the tickets last week(wherever it was available) from 8 stores that was listed in 3 counties of South Florida.

@Dracos, I have not encountered any Star symbol in 200 MS? Any particular reason for asking this question?
I was just wondering because I burned through probably 2 1/2 - 3 books of 200MS in the past few weeks, and didn't see that symbol. That last book had such an awful return, I'm staying away lol.
Were you also burnt by 200MS? Since you cleared up South FL, the bulk of the tickets are likely only what's in Gainesville (in two different stores) and the surrounding areas. Perhaps a couple places also in central fl, and the panhandle.

Yes Dracos. I was really burnt by 200MS as my expectations were running high after getting the Instant Liability report and then, the logical conclusion that experts in this forum arrived at with 200MS that almost 99% of tickets were sold but still lot of prizes are left....
My only frustration was FL Lotto says that there should be a book (arrived - not activated) in the shop but when I go to the shop they say they dont have any 200MS book....I tried hard to go through all the shops as I dont know Spanish and most of the people speak Spanish and not English. So, I was forced to go and visit the stores individually and couldn't convince them also in English!!! Where I could convince in English, either the store manager or the person working there was really stubborn in saying they don't have and they will not get one!!!!

Awesome to hear about your dad's reaction. My dad would go, "Hey, man, that's cool. Thanks." And that would be that. Ha!
Grats on the house too. And I like the Camaro--though, with it getting Car of the Year already, I probably would've gone with the 2016 SS myself.
Also, it's a good idea to hold off on the pic until after the claim. Your pop is right there. There's actually a woman who's been trying to sue the Lottery for years because they won't let her claim a jackpot with just a picture of the ticket. She claims she has the actual ticket but won't show it to them. Best to avoid that conflict entirely.

Having gone through many, many (/sigh) books of $200MS I can say I've gotten the star symbol several times and (at least for me) it's always had $10 under it to make $100.

Wow, lol. I'm not sure how much autonomy independent retailers get in terms of ticket stocking. I'd imagine there might be a minimum number of games they should have.
$1/$2 tickets sell like candy in low income neighborhoods, so maybe that's why that particular store only had those in stock?

Someone hit another $3m jackpot on the $20 Gold Rush game, meaning that the "reordered" rolls are definitely in circulation since the original order jackpots have all been claimed. So, there should be four jackpots remaining.
They've been taking their time with updating jackpots on the prizes remaining page. $25 Fortune still lists 9 $1 million prizes, when in reality it is probably down to 4-5 tops. $25 Misfortune also still lists 38, but there's been numerous hits. Wouldn't surprise me if the actual number were 30 remaining.
