Very ironic that you guys are talking about casinos... I just got home from immokalee and had a HUGE night. I brought $500 and came home after 6hrs with $17,450. I'm going to bed
Which games or are these the slots? I suck at blackjack and all those lines on the slot machines are confusing to heck for me.
Take that 17K, hire a bodyguard, and go to the confirmed locations with 2MJ. There's places in Nokomis north to Tampa that do have confirmed tickets.

Spaking of BJ, if you are caught up in this thread, and are looking for a days worth of Sunday popcorn, check out this local Tampa/St Pete tale of gambling degeneracy... probably the best forum thread I've ever read:

I can only speak from my experience from the Flamingo drawings. I entered all 4 drawings, and had 1k+ entries each drawing. I was selected an "alternate" winner during the second drawing with I believe 1.2k+ entries (although I ended up winning nothing).
I think someone on here, PendingSector of BuyLow won a $1k prize on the Flamingo Second chance drawing. I'd assume the first, and last drawing might have the most entries. It could all be roughly the same. If someone knows how to view the old second chance drawings, I believe some of the really old ones showed entries each drawing. This could provide us an idea as to which drawings have the most entries, usually.
Also, I heard from a lotto rep that there's going to be a new $25 ticket coming out Feb. I wonder if the prize structure will be the same as FL Cash, 100X, or something else new entirely.
SM Update - AK Kwik has 13 books of Super Millions in stock, so I might check there to see what they have tomorrow. I noticed different district offices now have Super Millions books, and that some books are "in transit".
Definitely wasn't me. Never won anything on any Second Chances or raffle, whilst generously contributing to their cause though for sure.

I had an amazing run on Slot Machines. The 2nd spin off my night was on a high limit room, quick hit machine. $15 bet and got 8 quick hits for a win of $7400. Then moved onto a $10 max bet wheel of fortune machine and got the SPIN reel 6 different times, had winning amounts of. 125,250,400,400,800,1195. Hit on a few smaller machines then went back to the same exact high limit quick hit machine that i started on and on my very first spin, hit 8 of them again for another 7k.
They did not keep any money in taxes but did make me sign tax forms.

Mom just got home from Publix at Heathbrook and bought 3 Gold Rush Tickets. This is the one she gave me Grandma to scratch. She finds this and I still can't get a $500 on a $20. Go figure.
Hope this works b/c I haven't uploaded a pic in awhile
Okay that isn't working. Which Photobucket link to I choose to get the picture to show up here?

That's a very nice win on a $2 ticket.
I heard someone won $200 on the $1 Gold Rush Doubler at a food store near me, ticket 000. It had $100 with the doubler in the box. I haven't heard of anything good on the $5 or $10 Gold Rush yet.

Was that the twitter post where that guy won $10k on the $10 Flamingo? He plays alot, so that's very good to see he finally hit something huge. Someone also hit a grand prize on that game in Okeechobee, so there's 2/8 top prizes remaining. That's one I'd avoid for a while.

I played a roll yesterday of $5 Gold Rush Doublers, had 2- $100 in the pack but when it was all said and done total $315/$300, did play a couple of Winning Streak they returned a little more than 1/2
I did buy from my local Exxon a roll of Wheel Of Fortune( $1000 winner in the roll), only found it when I recheck my tickets, still can't believe I didn't see it, must have been on drugs or something that day, hit my first $1000, I passed over it a couple times when I had ask the Exxon owner what $5 rolls he had in the back. Maybe I should see what others he has back there hiding. To date all my $500( 2 of them) and that $1000 all came from the same store.
Feel so stupid not seeing that $1000, good thing I kept my tickets. I recheck all the others and did find another $45 in the mess.

Gratz on the $1k on Wheel of Fortune. Was it a single number match? I'd ask the FL Lottery for the book numbers of the previous winners so you can target more specific ranges. The game is probably 90%+ sold out with 2/12 jackpots remaining. Maybe it is worth someone getting another ILR on this game.
Many people miss prizes all the time, even the big ones. The $5 Power 8s game had 2/8 jackpots remaining when it ended. Now, it is possible that FL Lottery's operational practices contributed to these two jackpots not being claimed from stores closing down, books being returned, transfer in store ownership resulting in books being destroyed, etc. Insane, because you would think missing a prize on a $5 ticket would be much harder since there are fewer numbers. It still happens.
Skeptic found a $5K winner in his pile of duds a couple years back I believe. I always try to recheck my tickets, despite how time consuming the process can be. Thankfully, with second chance promotions, we're forced to recheck those specific tickets. I've found a $40 winner before on $10 tickets, and a $100 winner on $20 tickets by searching the pile of losers.
