When I started playing pick 3 years ago I was always played doubles. They were my favorite numbers to play. I would play my doubles combo an guarantee a str8 hit. Then I did a little research and found these stats: Regardless of the state the 1000 combinations will usually be 72% six-way (unmatched), 27% doubles and 1% triples. Once I started playing more six-way combinations, I started winning more often. Which one have you won more with?

Win...your some what right on your % u state but u forgot to add some other statistics in there..

2 draws for pick 3 a day changes the rules...yesnits still 1 in 1000 but statistically u have more reg. Dbls. And trips coming out now that states do 2 draws...

Also dbls. R not meeant to play every day...on average 1 dbl. Every 5 draws but with 2 draws this can also be 3 draws if u count day/night togeather...

Also many states I found do the pick 3 then pick 4 right after it same machine same balls which gives a advantage of repeated balls appearing...

The 27% and 72% u state is based on a year not weekly or monthly...

The balls don't know the difference but, u play catch up whrn to many reg. Combo appear or dbls in a row...

This is automatically done due to law of averages...

To each is own...

Why pay .50 or $1.00 on a reg # when u can play 5 out of 7 days a week and win double your money for the same bet amount...triples r a long shot so I son't count them...

I have hit over 10 str8 on dbls this year none on reg. Combos...

I'm up about $2,350 right now from dbls. Even with profit on reg #.

Also 227/722/272 is cheaper the playing a reg. Set of 6 combos when going for a str8 combo bet...

I did an analysis of the last 3 years combined in the state of Texas and found some interesting facts about how often what draws.

To begin with there are 48 to 54 draws monthly, depending on the weeks/days in a month.

I went back and counted the number of times 3 different digits drew each month for the last 3 years and how many times doubles drew per month for the last 3 years.

I found out that while the count does vary (of course being nothing is constant), that the average number of times a 3 different digit draw came in Texas it was 36 per month. That would leave a balance of 6 doubles per month.

I then made a database to track the number of draws per month by taking a constant "0" and turning the 36 (or whatever it was) into a 3 digit Pick 3 entry to project the number of draws for the coming month. Last Friday is when I did it. The database indicated that there would be 36 3-digit draws this month. We are up to 35 right now and have 4 more draws to go.

We had that 36th 3 different digit in he Day draw today. Am anticipating the final 3 draws will be Doubles.

Pulled a 37th 3 digit but will still be less then 40 of the last two are 3 digits.

It doesn't matter to me if the number is a single, or a double I can get the number straight because I am good at formulating the number in how it will drop.

Who say's I'm broke? Are you kidding me, I am just waiting on my millions!

I've hit 2 straight in the last 3 draws. I have software that if I have the right Code Set it will give me the EXACT 99.9% of the time.

I am in Texas. What method do you use to formlate your numbers? I find it interesting on how different people comes up with ways to pick the numbers. Me, I drive a school bus and when I am parked at a school, I just write down car tag numbers.....LOL

I use a calender and watch what pairs are due then I watch how they drop then reformuate the number for a straight hit. I can even tell you what double will drop, as for when this is a toss up based on state to state.

Writing down tag numbers is also good and I have a friend that does just that and hit good with tag numbers.

My Son says NASA couldn't figure out my system lol Actually it is just because he doesnt understand numbers like I do. Actually what I do is so simple and involves using a Frequency Chart and a Numbers Out Chart and common sense. It doesnt take a mathematical formula to come up with the numbers.

Not sure about what you mean about "how many numbers"? What I can say is that I only use the information for the past 87 draws. The software has a database that will hold an unlimited amount of draw results. I make 1 entry and it updates all the charts I look at which there are nearly 40 of those. It has a built in Generator and about 17 filters. I may or may not use the filters as it just depends on what I see in my charts. I use them for input if I can't figure out the Code Set.

Are you running at least 10 or 20 numbers to get the hit straight.

I usually generate about 20 combinations and I narrow it down from there. I have seen the software produce 4 or less combinations to use.
