  Anyone playing CA Hot Spot (Keno) for this Promotion period 8/1/13-9/2/13?

  This is even better than the last promo they did in January. The Bulls-eye payouts are increased even more than during that last promo. Total return for the Bulls-eye games increases from about 65% average to a hefty 75% or more. This is comparable to the highest payout lottery games like high denomination Scratch games, no other draw game compares.

  Most people know that Casino games payout is much higher than the lottery games in general, 90-99% compared to 50-70% respectively. But lottery Keno games are the sole exception: they are about as good/bad as their casino counterparts. So it's almost like going to a casino to play Keno.(the worst game in the room) But in this case of CA Hot Spot during the Bulls-eye promo, the payouts are even better than casino Keno!

  If you were sitting on the fences about playing Hot Spot, now is the time to jump in! But always play Bulls-eye, it's a better bet.

  I bought some yesterday, 10 plays w/Bulls-eye. Checked results this morning on the calottery.com website and I got 4 hits for total $10. That's a little above average.

  I usually play 10 spot w/Bulls-eye because of the higher $100k/$300k prizes, but sometimes 7 spot or 4 spot. Off to a slow start, no major hits yet...
