  I Have came up with my own pick 4 pattern that may work 

  85 percent of the time..it's 3 steps

  i'm trying to channel Aliens cause i know they can travel in time and give me the next winning PB winning numbers

  the first step is to know the pattern of the sums in your state

  focus on only sums 

  14 -15-16-17-18-19-20-21-22-23 for these comes 90% of the time.......

  the second step is easy in mostly every state they throw a two digit return every other draw therefore 75% of the time you have half of the pick 4 number already.....

  and the third and final step is to chart your numbers by the rootsums because clearly this gives you a  picture of what the

  sum will be and then when you get that with half the number from the two digit return,you just search the sums 14-23 for those numbers with the two digit return creating hits after hits afters hits good luck.......

  LETS SAY 

  5432 CAME ALOT OF TIME YOU WILL GET TWO DIGITS IN THE NEXT DRAW LIKE

  3278

                               SUM=14     ROOTSUM=5

  SO 5432= 5+4+3+2=14=1+4=5

  NEXT NIGHT

  3278=20=2
