You cannot possibly be serious $1000 lottery voucher per year for a poor person?????? I don't think so.....

And a poor person becomes a very rich person when they win the jackpot so why should they be exempt?

Welfare recipients should have 90% of their winnings given to the public aid and food stamp programs.

And then be thrown out of the country after a public flogging.

Add everyone who doesnt give 90% of their income to GOD...that's the only "christian" thing to do...if they don't want to then flog them and throw them out of the country as well

You get taxed twice. You don't believe it?

You paid the tickets with money that already was taxed.

You win less, the money is worth less now due to inflation.

I find that people like an idea like taxing the rich more since they think "better to do it to them than to me" or they think as long as it does not apply to them then it is fine. Well, the stupid dude in the WH fooled all 51 percent that voted him back in. Check your W2 and your tax filing next year...I bet your income has decreased while your taxes have increased.

Get MONEY!!! Winning a JACKPOT lottery is one MIRACLE I desire for 2019!!! NOW come to my subconscious mind you 6 winning numbers!

No i say do away with the IRS and go back to the way it was before the IRS was created back in 1862.. Let's have a simple flat tax for everyone and hell even Canada don't tax lottery winnings and their folks get to keep it all....
