  No, but it should feel like a compliment if someone asks you a specific question or two about your system. obviously they're interested enough to take the time to ask. When you don't respond, it only shows them you just don't care.

  I'm not upset, only confused.

  But they do. However, if a system doesn't take their interest, there won't be any questions, or only a few.

  It's not a question of whether it's working or not. If people don't understand the system, then they'll never actually take the time to use it. So they'll never know if it does work or not.
