  same kind Robert Serotic published in his book "The Only Way To Win At Lotto".

  If there are any books besides the one mentioned above which includes these kind of wheels I am all ears too.

  If you are interested in constructing grouped/matrix constructions with full control over the outcome, including extra filters as part of the cosntruction (no filtering afterwards which is bad), L>1, L<1 and XifY/jackpot target capability whilst maintaining the serotic properties, you could check my program Wheel Generator which is capable to produce the whole set of Serotic wheels. You can go way beyond the simple serotic constructions really.
