  Why not just wheel digits.  Then you will be guaranteed a hit if you wheel the correct digits..

   

  Some folks stuck in their old ways.  Cant teach  new tricks

   

  Try 7c4  for 35 lines

  Or 8c4 for  70 lines

    There you go 

  Choose 8 digits. Get 70 plays.  I guarantee its better than picking 70 random numbers anyday

  Example today I play these 10 midday states

  Fl, ct, ny md il nj de wash dc, va

  I will wheel these 8 digits for single plays.  No filters

  1, 2, 3 4 5 6 7 8 

  For 10 states 70 numbers at $1 box. Cost $700

  Ill need 2 box hits to break even.  Any hit over 2 is $375 profit.

  If you prefer to play DOUBLES, how do you determine which DOUBLE DIGITS to wheel for Pick 4 ???

  3 wins $1125. $425profit

  4 wins $1500  $800 profit

  5 wins $1875 $1175 profit

  6wins $2250 $1550 profit

   

  Never have I gotten 7/10 wins.  So ill stop here..
