  Maybe I missed one, but it looks like the last time MM was all birthday numbers was more than 2 years ago, on 4-12-13. It rolled from $66 to $74 million. A couple of sets of birthday numbers were hit in the year before that, but the 3-20-12 and 3-23-12 were both all birthday numbers and both rolled, from $241 to $290 and then $363 million before topping out at $656 million.

  PB has also had several sets of birthday numbers that resulted in a roll, including 2-15-14, when it rolled from331 to $425 million. About a month before that birthday numbers rolled from 93 to $113 million.
