that state had 13 hits last month playing that list above... thats $11,700 in winning with a cost of $7920 profit of $3780 not too bad

My initial reaction was anything can happen from either method but, I'm very partial to the ball draw/drop method. The reason being is because in order to develop an actual program to select digits/combinations, the software must first be 'told/programmed what to do'. Does this makes sense? The programmer must install something that tells the RNG what to select every time it's started up which means there can be no random draw from the computer, okay. It's pre-programmed with what to do based on what the last coding of the program and draw was. The mechanical draw, however, is also tainted somewhat because they do pre-tests which definitely affect the overall outcome...they're not random either. Random means that they start that machine up and just let it rip with whatever happens from one 'clean draw' to the very next and this isn't the case with any ball method. I've discussed my dissatisfaction with this method many times here and will be glad to offer what I believe to be very fair comparisons. Still, though, there's a consistency with what they do and try to prevent.

It would be good to know where these results came from so I can validate what I consider to be a baseline start for a decent system.

These results came from Maryland. All ball drawings for Pick 3, Pick 4, Pick 5, Pick 6.

I was kinda thinking it was MD but, just wasn't sure. Strange things happen when they cycle through the balls with pre-tests and, sometimes, post-tests draws. It's the very reason why a player needs patience when playing.
