  What blows my head is why people would stand in line in 40 degree weather for 3-4 hours to buy a ticket. 

  When all they they have to do is drive 15/20 minutes down the road stand in line for 10 minutes at most.

  It not like that place has a history of  big winning tickets,

  That was a small line at the Primm Nevada Lotto Store
