Group the numbers some way, like Odd/Even. Notice that these 2 groups are opposites with respect to the grouping criteria.
Look at each number position. The next number will be from one of the two opposite Groups.
Select a method of determining the Group from which the next number will come. You can flip coins or do some analysis to determine your prediction.
Do a series of these like adding High/Low. The number will fall into one of each of your opposite groups. After 3 sequential Group filters you will have a reduced digit pool for each position.
This is pretty basic and does not require a lot of Brain Drain.
Create a 3x3 grid like playing tic tac toe. Select 3 sets of opposite groups that you want to use. Say (Group A and Group B are Opposites), (C D) and (D E)
In the 3x3 Grid Each column represents the number position in the draw. Each row represents an Opposite Filter Group.
Fill out the 3x3 Grid with your predictions. Create 3 Columns. Start in Column 1 and list all of the numbers that match The Group selected in column 1, row 1 (upper left box) of the Grid. Next go to the box in column 1, row 2. Circle the numbers Column 1 that match the second Row Group Selection. Next drop down to column 1, row 3 and put a box around the numbers in Column 1 that match the group in column 1, row 3 of Grid. Numbers with a Box and A Circle match the criteria you have set for position 1 in the next draw. Do the Same for Columns 2 and 3 of the Grid. You will be left with a reduced digit pool That gives you the 4-5 numbers that you want to wheel for the next draw. Holding the numbers to the position in the grid produces a very few Straight sequences based on your criteria. Free Wheeling produces more.

Now Say that Example 1 is the results for the previous game. You want to find reasons or formulas or coin flips that tell you to flip the switch or leave it off. Flipping the Switch changes to the opposite group in the grid and hence, the numbers in the Column for your next prediction. You have 9 Switches to decide to flip or leave off. This actually reduces the process to a binary system of Flip (1) and OFF (0).
There is a lot more that can be done to track trends with this process. Focus on the Flips and Offs. Look at the runs of Offs in the number positions. There are some long runs of Groups Opposites repeating. Develop Triggers for flipping switches. If your groups ar evenly balances you see a slight favoritism (about 0.6%) to one side or the other, but not enough to affect probability in your lifetime. Spotting runs is an option. If you set a switch to flip each game you will not hit 50%. You may hit 0% for short runs because you catch the trend backwards. Setting the Switch to off will catch all of the runs but loose all of the flips. Tracking back through the draws look for flip trends for each Side of the Opposite Groups.
To get an Output that is variable in the proportional reduction in the pool Use an unbalanced Group. To do this you have to have a criteria for the reason they are opposite. Find something that a number will or will not do. Find something that can cause a number to jump from opposite sides of the Group from draw to draw. Then it really gets interesting to look at the trends
