  I think Amber123 purchased this E-book.  There is already a thread in either the Discussion Forum or the Systems Forum about the E-book "Lottery Icon".  Amber123 said the book was kind of hard to follow and hard to figure the "system" out. Basically it's a waste of money.

  I'm the originator of the Substitution Works paper and pencil workout.
  It and several explanatory follow-up posts are available to anyone who wants to find and read them.
  One of the problems that I run into when trying to explain how the multiple trend lines can be used to construct plays having a good chance of winning is that most folks lack the ability to function on their own.
  In other words, they need a 'step-by-step' procedure that will produce a winning combination for the next drawing with little effort on their part.
  Well, it doesn't work that way.
  Winning a lottery game is extremely difficult, and there are no gurantees.
  Lottery Icon probably spent many hours developing a system that 'works for him.'
  He has a laid out procedures that, when carried forward to the end, helps a user make good choices.
  A lot of the preliminary work lays the groundwork for future actions and has to be accepted without explanation.
  Folks who demand to know the 'why's and wherefore's' for each step or action are going to be disappointed.
  Expressing one's inability to follow simple steps by rote by condeming the whole workout isn't beneficial.
  Workouts require a lot of imagination. Those who don't have any aren't ever going to enjoy the thrill of knowing that
  their efforts actually produced a winner.
  I don't win everytime but I'm winning often enough to make the effort worthwhile.

  Everything you need to set up your own workout for your state is available.
  However, don't expect me to explain it.
  You will have to figure it out on your own.

  I have bought this book 1 or two years ago . In fact, it is one of the first book i bought on this topic . It is also , by far , the most difficult to understand. I don't know ... but something tells me that the author is in fact a fruitcake! LOL. Sorry about that only , this is my impression after days of trying to decipher what he is trying to explain in this book .

  I own it and don't understand it one bit. I have about six of his or her books and they are to me to complex.

  After looking further into it, i believe the chapter on pick 4 might be worth some effort though.

  By the way, a little research on LP reveal that Eze Ugbor is a member ( or was a member, since he didn't show up since 2011 !) He goes by the name  Popular and talk about his books in first person in a blog .

  Nice job !

  I have no doubt he knows what he's doing, I just can't understand it. About a month a go I sent him a private email through FB asking whether he could automate it and sell it, but haven't received a reply since. oh well.
