  Sir, Have you actually hit using this or are you just making up a system on pure happenstance?   I prefer a statistical based model.  You can make a wheel that will always give you 3/4 but the problem is finding the key digit.

  I use it all the time  for p3, we don't have a p4 in NM.   If you prefer not to use this system dont.  Use your stats or whatever pleases you and no one will care.

  I contribute plenty.  Look at the NY p4 remaining digits thread I have contributed hit after hit. And I posted  programs from other members for the LP community.  Save the sarcasm I'm not impressed.
