I want to remind anyone reading this that I don't have all the answers and I will not pretend. I'm using a grid method by Goosehawk that was originally intended for the Pick 3 and Pick 4. I started using it to test my hypothesis that it can also be used for Pick 5 and I'm starting to think it can. The lottery is mathmatics, I agree but it still boils down to choosing the right exact numbers that the lottery chooses to pick. For example: If the lottery is working with the numbers 0 4 5 6 7 and I am too, I might come up with 44675 while the lottery will say 00057. I still think the methods others have shared on here are helpful when trying to narrow the possibilities down. Secondly, I play 20 panels for 50 cent each, ($10), on Thursdays only because of my budget. So, I only have Thursday evenings or daytimes to get it right. While I'm not playing though, I'm just trying to figure things out and get practice, no matter how long it takes. So, when Thursday does come around I could up my chances. Last Thursday, I was 1 digit off from winning a box hit for the Pick 5 by using Goosehawk's p3 and p4 methods. (I have to give credit where it is due.:)
I wanted to share my workout process as well. Below, I am working out possible midday numbers for the 8/30 draw. I added today's date and the evening draw from tonight.
Pick 5 evening numbers for 8/29 : 4 0 2 0 7
Lead Number - 4
Month Number - 7
Numbers that surround the lead/month combo - 6 3 0 1 2 8 5
4a.) Numbers that surround the lead grid 1 - 1 5 2 3 0
4b.) Numbers that surround the lead on grid 2 - 6 3 0 7 1 8 5 2
The first 7 numbers I wrote about the 4a.) and 4b.) are the numbers that show up around the 74 duo on the grid.
4a.) Tells me what numbers are surrounding the lead number on chart 1
4b.) T ells me the numbers that are surrounding the lead number on chart 2
Sometimes, I notice I'll emphasize certain numbers and narrow my predictions. I'll work on that later.
............. And this is where I scramble them up, guess my numbers, and hope I'm right.
A 9 in tomorrow's midday will knock me off balance. But that's the good thing about posting your predictions on this forum - You can't be afraid to get it wrong... and while I would LOVE to hit, the process of working the predictions out is a fascinating one.
