Yes that sounds great to WIN.
Top Prize: $1,000 a Day for Life
Second Prize: $1,000 a Week for Life
I Just got my first ticket today of course they didn't have any play slips yet at that store so i bought a Quick Pick.
and if you don't hit only Indiana offers a 2nd Chance Drawing with 10 winners of $500 each and one lucky winner of $20,000! Drawings to be held quarterly.

I don't like the odds. I have a better chance of hitting the Pick 4 Straight.
Odds are lousy indeed. Though, it's fun to play occasionally. Often one will win back their wager or even a few bucks extra.
However, if more than one player hits the top prize, it automatically splits. The more players who play Cash4Life, the worse the payouts can potentially get. Totally opposite of pretty much any other jackpot game out there. And 2nd prize and lower tiers can potentially split too, though far less likely, at this point.
If Cash4Life expanded sales throughout much of the country, top prize and/or lower tier splits would be a regular occurrence. In my view, the expansion of Cash4Life is already uncomfortably large; chances of prize splits rapidly increasing. Primarily for that reason, I play it even less than ever. There are better lottery gaming choices.

I have to agree with everything written above.
That said, since June of 2014 when Cash 4Life began in New York, top prize ($1,000 day for life) and second prize (1,000 week for life) winners have been very few and far between. No top prize or second place prize has ever had to be split. Even after New Jersey offered the game nothing changed with regard to the number and frequency of top prize winners. Indiana is the eighth state to offer the game, but I doubt that will make much difference with regard to an increase in the frequency and number of top tier winners. New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey's populations are the three largest offering the game. (41.5 million combined) My guess is that the other five states populations combined may not be that large. So if three states with 41.5 million people don't produce many top prize winners, IMHO, it will be a quite a while until any more expansion will make a lot of difference. If states like Florida, Texas and Illinois came on board, then I think there'd be a greater chance of more jackpot winners, and multiple jackpot winners having to split the prize.
I saw a news article on the Maryland Lottery's website, and if I recall correctly, it said there have been 15 first prize winners over the life of the game, and 22 second place winners. (Total of 237 drawings since June 16th, 2014)
To my mind, the game has a coverage problem. (Not enough combo's are sold, or "covered", to make it likely a jackpot prize winner will be drawn) Players just don't like the odds so they vote with their dollars and play other online games. G5
