When the Combinations and Pair Analysis Tools first appeared on the LP, I didn't pay much attention at first. Shame on me. Consider this a commercial "system" for these great additions to this website.
Along with this "plug" for the tools, I want to see how plugging different information into these great analyzers can help us. Can we really win using facts instead of fiction? (systems)
These are just some ideas. Please feel free to add some of your own.
Let's pick on New York today.
Using the Combinations Analysis Tool, I plugged in the date range to search for the Past Two Years to show what Straights have not shown up in that time. This is my "go to" range whenever I'm searching out straights. It gives just the right amount for me, however, you may want more or less numbers to begin with.
I believe it's easier to work with numbers that haven't been drawn within this time range even though we know numbers that have recently come up can sometimes repeat. But we just never know, do we? And why spend so much time at trying to decide which numbers may or may not repeat when there are a whole truckload of ones just ripe for the pickin'?
Here is what came up in 2 seconds---wha--la!!
007, 011, 021, 023, 026, 027, 032, 035, 038, 040, 043, 048, 050, 051, 060, 070, 076, 079, 085, 088, 090, 091, 097, 108, 110, 115, 117, 119, 120, 125, 132, 137, 140, 143, 146, 149, 150, 157, 160, 164, ... See all 233166, 167, 177, 182, 189, 196, 203, 210, 212, 213, 220, 221, 222, 223, 224, 227, 229, 234, 235, 238, 239, 246, 247, 251, 262, 269, 271, 272, 274, 276, 282, 283, 290, 291, 293, 294, 295, 301, 306, 321, 326, 334, 343, 344, 349, 352, 353, 356, 357, 371, 377, 383, 384, 389, 398, 410, 411, 414, 416, 424, 434, 436, 437, 439, 442, 455, 456, 463, 472, 475, 479, 481, 496, 501, 509, 513, 521, 524, 526, 527, 535, 537, 538, 554, 557, 559, 561, 562, 564, 565, 568, 573, 574, 576, 586, 598, 600, 601, 602, 607, 609, 622, 625, 630, 632, 634, 635, 637, 647, 656, 658, 659, 662, 675, 676, 677, 689, 692, 703, 707, 711, 713, 714, 725, 727, 737, 744, 746, 753, 759, 760, 761, 764, 779, 794, 796, 802, 805, 807, 808, 811, 815, 817, 818, 820, 821, 825, 828, 832, 837, 843, 846, 851, 860, 863, 868, 872, 873, 874, 877, 882, 887, 888, 893, 899, 904, 907, 914, 922, 923, 925, 927, 935, 939, 942, 943, 945, 952, 953, 955, 962, 965, 978, 979, 984, 989, 990, 992, 994, 995, 996, 997, 998
Wow,233 numbers! Yep, that's a lot. So how do we start downsizing? Any ideas?
The first thing I do is mark off which of these are the LONG SHOTS. ( in green)
007, 011, 021, 023, 026, 027, 032, 035, 038, 040, 043, 048, 050, 051, 060, 070, 076, 079, 085, 088, 090, 091, 097, 108, 110, 115, 117, 119, 120, 125, 132, 137, 140, 143, 146, 149, 150, 157, 160, 164, ... See all 233166, 167, 177, 182, 189, 196, 203, 210, 212, 213, 220, 221, 222, 223, 224, 227, 229, 234, 235, 238, 239, 246, 247, 251, 262, 269, 271, 272, 274, 276, 282, 283, 290, 291, 293, 294, 295, 301, 306, 321, 326, 334, 343, 344, 349, 352, 353, 356, 357, 371, 377, 383, 384, 389, 398, 410, 411, 414, 416, 424, 434, 436, 437, 439, 442, 455, 456, 463, 472, 475, 479, 481, 496, 501, 509, 513, 521, 524, 526, 527, 535, 537, 538, 554, 557, 559, 561, 562, 564, 565, 568, 573, 574, 576, 586, 598, 600, 601, 602, 607, 609, 622, 625, 630, 632, 634, 635, 637, 647, 656, 658, 659, 662, 675, 676, 677, 689, 692, 703, 707, 711, 713, 714, 725, 727, 737, 744, 746, 753, 759, 760, 761, 764, 779, 794, 796, 802, 805, 807, 808, 811, 815, 817, 818, 820, 821, 825, 828, 832, 837, 843, 846, 851, 860, 863, 868, 872, 873, 874, 877, 882, 887, 888, 893, 899, 904, 907, 914, 922, 923, 925, 927, 935, 939, 942, 943, 945, 952, 953, 955, 962, 965, 978, 979, 984, 989, 990, 992, 994, 995, 996, 997, 998
For that you have to go back and set the date range to ALL AVAILABLE HISTORY so they'll show up in red. Click on LAST SEEN until they do.
This way you'll know which numbers are super cold and whether or not you want to bother with them. If you're a LONG SHOT player, you'll know exactly what to play! Or if you HAVE been playing them and wondering WHY you haven't been winning, now you'll know.
Here's a screenshot of the partial list:
There is no right or wrong way to go about using these tools. You will come up with your own ideas as you practice with them.
My next movie is to sashay on over to the Pairs Analysis Tool and see what's up over there.
I like to search each of the options, FRONT PAIR STRAIGHT, BACK PAIR STRAIGHT and SPLIT PAIR STRAIGHT for the PAST 90 DAYS to give me a good idea of pairs are due in those positions.
Then I'll search Any Position Box just to see what pairs are missing in the PAST 30 DAYS.
FRONT STRAIGHT PAIRS that haven't been drawn in past 90 Days:
00x, 05x, 21x, 22x, 28x, 34x, 42x, 43x, 51x, 55x, 56x, 63x, 69x, 70x, 73x, 74x, 81x, 82x, 85x, 87x, 91x, 95x
BACK STRAIGHT PAIRS that haven't been drawn in past 90 Days:
x11, x15, x16, x21, x27, x30, x32, x38, x41, x46, x52, x55, x60, x65, x69, x79, x89, x96, x98
SPLIT STRAIGHT PAIRS that haven't been drawn in past 90 Days:
0x0, 0x1, 0x2, 0x6, 2x0, 2x2, 2x4, 3x6, 4x5, 4x8, 6x5, 7x4, 7x9, 8x7, 8x8
ANY POSITION BOX that haven't been drawn in past 30 Days:
00, 06, 11, 25, 59
Now I'll start marking off all the FRONT PAIRS that are due, Back Pairs and Split Pairs in my chart that match the criteria. (highlighted in yellow) Some of them will overlap, or may already be marked off if they are long shots.
007, 011, 021, 023, 026, 027, 032, 035, 038, 040, 043, 048, 050, 051, 060, 070, 076, 079, 085, 088, 090, 091, 097, 108, 110, 115, 117, 119, 120, 125, 132, 137, 140, 143, 146, 149, 150, 157, 160, 164, ... See all 233166, 167, 177, 182, 189, 196, 203, 210, 212, 213, 220, 221, 222, 223, 224, 227, 229, 234, 235, 238, 239, 246, 247, 251, 262, 269, 271, 272, 274, 276, 282, 283, 290, 291, 293, 294, 295, 301, 306, 321, 326, 334, 343, 344, 349, 352, 353, 356, 357, 371, 377, 383, 384, 389, 398, 410, 411, 414, 416, 424, 434, 436, 437, 439, 442, 455, 456, 463, 472, 475, 479, 481, 496, 501, 509, 513, 521, 524, 526, 527, 535, 537, 538, 554, 557, 559, 561, 562, 564, 565, 568, 573, 574, 576, 586, 598, 600, 601, 602, 607, 609, 622, 625, 630, 632, 634, 635, 637, 647, 656, 658, 659, 662, 675, 676, 677, 689, 692, 703, 707, 711, 713, 714, 725, 727, 737, 744, 746, 753, 759, 760, 761, 764, 779, 794, 796, 802, 805, 807, 808, 811, 815, 817, 818, 820, 821, 825, 828, 832, 837, 843, 846, 851, 860, 863, 868, 872, 873, 874, 877, 882, 887, 888, 893, 899, 904, 907, 914, 922, 923, 925, 927, 935, 939, 942, 943, 945, 952, 953, 955, 962, 965, 978, 979, 984, 989, 990, 992, 994, 995, 996, 997, 998
Now I know which of these (in yellow) have the most potential. Of course you can always just go by one of the options and not mark off ALL of them like above. For example, just use the FRONT STRAIGHT PAIRS and mark only those off for your "go to list". Or if you like BACK PAIRS, use those numbers only, or split pairs only.
This chart can be used by players who use other systems and configuring.
If you're not a doubles or triples kinda person then eliminate all those from your chart. Here I've wiped out all doubles, triples and long shots.
Will any of these will be showing soon? That's the fun part.
021, 026, 027, 032, 038, 051, 076, 079, 132, 146, 160, 233189, 196, 210, 234, 238, 269, 274, 283, 294, 321, 326, 349, 352, 356, 389, 398, 416, 436, 437, 439, 475, 479, 513, 521, 527, 538, 561, 564, 568, 598, 625, 630, 634, 635, 637, 689, 703, 714, 746, 759, 760, 764, 796, 807, 817, 821, 825, 832, 837, 846, 851, 860, 872, 873, 874, 914, 952, 953, 965
Now what about just using the Due Any Position Boxes? You can make a quick run through and pay attention to only the ones with due boxes. (in PINK)
Remember some of these could be long shots so its' best to do all the charts so you don't get stuck playing a number that's been out for a 100 years.
Now you have a chance to play a due box in best position for a straight.
NO MORE GUESSING FOR THAT ELUSIVE 3rd DIGIT!!!
Pick just one pair or mark them all off to compare with your other workouts.

Now you have a set of numbers with the due boxes:
007, 011, 026, 040, 050, 060, 070, 076, 090, 110, 115, 117, 119, 125, 160,

935, 945, 952, 953, 955, 965, 995,
Well, these are just some of my suggestions. Let's see what shows up or it anything does, lol.
Have fun plugging away!!

Hello lottolaughs
Pick 3 concept does not repeat from last in position
We have 7x7 = 49 x 3 positions = 147
Example
159
481
Repeated digit 1 from last to next
But not in the same position
The digit 5 or 9 could be repeated.
For this we have 49 x3 = 147
It is enough that the digit that repeats not in the same position any of the 3
And you'll hit 147 games! Can confirm -

Thank you for this post. I have never used these tools mainly because I had not taken the time to take a peep. Appreciate it!

Hello yes, I'm saying that they do not repeat in 60% of the draws of the last draw for the next

OfflineLL thanks for the info.
I would offer a suggestion and that is take the last 365 draws and if your good with Excel calculate the skip for each drawing.
The last row on the right are the skips from each drawing. So for example, the Florida evening drawing last night was 269 and it last appeared 898 previous draws ago (give or take a draw or 2).
Sorting the last 365 draws & skips there were 103 times a skip of less than 365 occurred. So what this means is that on average a Pick 3 set will be drawn from the last 365 previous draws once every 3.6 draws.
So a possible play strategy would be to wait for a set to hit with a skip of 365 or less then use your idea in the OP (Opening Post) for pairs etc.
You can see from the image below that Florida's last skip of 365 or less was the 599 back on June 28, 2017. 210 skips or 210 draws ago the 599 previously hit.
You can see also that it's been 8 draws and NO skip of 365 or less. I would wait until a skip hits then use your system but only use the previous 365 draws. Then play for 3 to 4 draws. If the skips in the 3 to 4 draws are 365 and greater stop and wait for a skip of 365 or less.
It would be interesting to see how other states "skips" stack up. How many times in the last 365 draws a skip of 365 or less occurred.

Have fun plugging away!!
with MzDuffleBag's help last night the 65x pair had been out since Apr 6 2015. Then i played the 65x pair with 0-9. i boxed Kansas eve winner 596/659 but on paper. i am going to use the Pick Analysis for doubles

LL thanks for the info.

Thanks for your input, winsum! This is what I was hoping for...more ideas. Love it!

Yes, dear Wentworth, way too many numbers. But when you're going for a straight that's just the breaks. There are always wayyyyy too many numbers to have to consider but that's part of the game, my friend. Instructions always look difficult at first but when you get in there and start using the tools you'll see how easy it is. This is just a basic breakdown. There are so many other filters you can use besides like only considering numbers that begin with your top 5 first digits. That's an important one. I'm only dealing with numbers that haven't shown in the past 2 years because there are less to deal with than even 1 year ago. It's all a process of elimination. If there were people on here winning straights every day then I wouldn't even bother posting how to use the tools but there aren't. These are just ideas to perhaps spark new ones for players. Because at the end of the day when you're holding that losing ticket in your hand and wondering what to do next to help lower your odds, you can come back here and decide how much time and effort you'd like to put into it. This is just a place to start :)

That list is good for a lot of reasons. Pick ones that show or stand out. This week for me, 026 659 825 874 exactly. 251 and 877 this month too. 512 192 back in Sept last year. 219 just came yesterday. I see a +192 back in Sept with the 8X4, 0X5, and X74 that came and then 192...so X45, 79X, and now 97X just now...waiting for 251 NY. And the fun is to pick very true . Plus New Yorkers know to pay attention to that 60 pair right now.
Thanks as always Lotto Laughs.
Sometimes you do the right thing just because it’s right.
Life's a game of mathematics, if you can't figure that out I don't know what to tell you.

OfflineHere is a method I posted a year ago, that works well. It will help narrow down your play list. Not for straights though, but you gotta have the numbers first before you pick the order. Or maybe it's he other way around, lol
