I play at the same store every draw. Florida lotto jackpot was $7.5 million and there were 2 winners. One of the winning tickets were sold in my neighborhood and it was not me. Yesterday I went to play and the store clerk said " I have been waiting for you to come. Was it you?" I didn't know what she was talking about. Then she told me "We sold one of the winning lotto tickets and I just knew it was you." I told her it wasn't me. She also told me the man from the lottery was on his way to bring the sign to hang in the store that says the winning ticket was sold there. It has been bothering me since I found out. Do I continue to play there? or Do I move on to another store?

I'm not loyal to any one store-depends on where I am when I decide to get tickets.

But if you really like that store don't change.

That sucks. Try the next closest place that sells lotto. There's 3 places in a 1 mile stretch near me that sold two second place MM tickets and a win for life scratch-off.

sounds like the clerk is really nice and hoping it was you. Great service is always a plus. I'd keep playing there, could be a new lucky store. I'm sorry it was you :[ wishing you luck for future draws :]

They put the "winning ticket sold here" sign on the door. I saw it while I was parking and anyone can see it driving by. I noticed the store had more customers than usual. I guess when players found out that one of the winning tickets was sold there. Everyone wants to play there. The clerk told me the store is getting $25,000 bonus for selling the ticket and the owner said he will give her something. Sadly, she don't believe he will.
