  This is the Pick 3 FLIP program RL-Randomlogic created.

  Please do not PM RL with any questions.

  Once installed you should have a new folder called "Rogue-Flip"

  Inside the folder you should see a sub-folder called "Games".  Inside the "Games" sub-folder are the Pick 3 data files.

  Note: The Pick 3 games file names contain a 2 letter abbreviation for the state.  For example, Georgia the text/game file is called GA.TXT.

  The Pick 3 data contain the combined draws.  So for example, if your state's Pick 3 game only has an evening draw then the history contains just the evening draw.  If you state has multiple draws per day then the draw file will contain ALL the draws.

  Below is a screen shot of the FLIP Program

  If you select "K" on you keyboard you should see a list of possible shortcuts.

  Selecting Pick 3 Data Text File:
  
  Right-Clicking the D-Base button at the bottom.
  
  To change the default game by pressing (L) on the keyboard and then type in the two letter state code and then pressing enter.
  
  Press (K) to see Keyboard Options.

  1. Right click the D-base button.  See below

  

  2. Select "L" on your Keyboard.  You should see the following:

  

  3. Enter the 2 letter code for your state.  For example, I entered GA for Georgia Pick 3 game (Midday, Evening, and Nite draws)

  Then click ENTER on your keyboard.

  5a.  The GA.TXT text file will open.  Georgia Pick 3 draw history.  Most current drawing at the top.

  It's not loading NM. I followed your instructions. Its staying at the default 263 draw.

  Let's do an after-the-fact example using Georgia's Midday drawing from today Saturday 10/21/2017 which was 2-4-4

  At the top where you see "last drawing" adjust each cell so that you have 3 7 3.  Click inside each of the blocks.  See below

  I changed the values to 3 7 3 from Georgia's Nite drawing from Friday 10/20/2017

  Below the 3 7 3 you should see the "Rogue" value for 3-7-3 which is 1-1-3-1-1

  Below the "Rogue" value 1-1-3-1-1 is the "Binary" for the Rogue Value 1-1-3-1-1 which is 01-01-11-01

  Rogue to Binary Cheat Sheet

  Rogue Value 0 >  Binary = 00

  Rogue Value 1 >  Binary = 01

  Rogue Value 2 >  Binary = 10

  Rogue Value 3 >  Binary = 11

  So in the example above for 3-7-3

  Rogue Position 1 = 1 which is a Binary 01

  Rogue Position 2 = 1 which is a Binary 01

  Rogue Position 3 = 3 which is a Binary 11

  Rogue Position 4 = 1 which is a Binary 01

  

  Now let's break down the 1st Position Binary and 2nd Position Binary Values

  1st Position from  01-01-11-01-01 equals 0-0-1-0-0

  2nd Position from 01-01-11-01-01 equals 1-1-1-1-1

  Using the 2nd Position Binaries 1-1-1-1-1.  Let's say we want to "FLIP" just the Position 1 from a 1 to a 0 and Position 5 from a 1 to a 0

  So my choices for the 2nd position binaries for the next drawing would be 0-1-1-1-0

  So I would enter the following

  s-1 = 0 FLIP

  s-2 = 1 Same

  s-3 = 1 Same

  s-4 = 1 Same

  s-5 = 0 FLIP

   

  

  Possible 3 Choices (2nd position binaries) s-1, s-2, s-3, s-4, s-5:

  1. FLIP

  

  2. Same

  

  3. Wild (Flip and Same)

  It will be the default when you change to you state just left click your data base tabe and your draws should be there.

  I see the 244 when I clicked F-1. BUT how would I know to play the 5 sets in F-1?

  So I now have my s-1, s-2, s-3, s-4, s-5 selected

  s-1 = Flip

  s-2 = Same

  s-3 = Same

  s-4 = Same

  s-5 = Flip

  Now I need to decide what 1st Position Binary button to select:

  Possible selections:

  F-0 = Flip 2  (Select if you think 0 zero/none of the 5 previous 1st position binaries 0-0-1-0-0 will flip)

  F-1 = Flip 1  (Select if you think 1 of the 5 previous 1st position binaries 0-0-1-0-0 will flip)

  F-2 = Flip 2  (Select if you think 2 of the 5 previous 1st position binaries 0-0-1-0-0 will flip)

  F-3 = Flip 3  (Select if you think 3 of the 5 previous 1st position binaries 0-0-1-0-0 will flip)

  F-4 = Flip 4 (Select if you think 4 of the 5 previous 1st position binaries 0-0-1-0-0 will flip)

  F-5 = Flip 5 (Select if you think 5 or all of the 5 previous 1st position binaries 0-0-1-0-0 will flip)

  I selected F-1.

  1 of the 1st Position Binaries from the 3-7-3 drawing will FLIP

  My 5 straight sets to play would be 084,118,124,244,628

  2-4-4 was the winning Georgia Midday draw for Saturday 10/21/2017.  Again this was an after-the fact draw.

  I DOWNLOADED THE UPDATED Folder AND DRAGGED TO THE PROGRAM.  i hit load  and it stays at 263.  i hit reset and its to 000 now but it wont load th last drawing.
