Well looky here: A Trust claiming a prize. Trust in Indiatlantic same as out attorney above. Usually they name a Trustee, none mentioned here.

This is a wonderful resource for those who play across the country. Bookmarked!

Mississippi is the latest addition to the anonymous states according to their FAQs. When I attempted to post a link to the official state lottery site I got very stern and hilarious warning that I was spamming, lmao. Anyway, keep up the great work.

"The Manager only manages the LLC persuant to the LLC Operating Agreement."

You're 100% right for LLCs where the manager is a 3rd party who's not a member of the LLC, but of course there's no requirement for an LLC to be managed by somebody who isn't a member. That means that the manager can be a member, in which case that person is a "managing member" and the FL lottery press release lists Panouses as the managing member of the LLC. That's something anyone who can read at a3rd grade level should be able to understand.

In Pennsylvania, there has been at least 1 prize that was claimed by a trust. Andrew Santana, attorney for the Emerald Legacy trust claimed a Powerball jackpot in April 2018. AFAIK, the trustee has never been disclosed.

vermonts tri state lottery is so funny.i play all the pik 3,4 numbers that haven't hit for a year.then no hits,but if i stop playing them,they hit again,why?
