  using the central position as the base,
  filtering in the extremes by bigger and smaller, NA PICK3.
  then we have in the center from 0 to 9
    enso extremes greater = 2 and smaller = 1
  1.1
  1.2
  2.1
  2.2
  0
  1

  ex = 672 =
  standard = 2x1
  where x is the central base from 0 to 9
  generally when the central digit is high type
  8 one of them is down, please anyone can get by in excel?

  HIGH-TOP DIGITS>>>>>>>  5,6,7,8,9

  LOW-BOTTOM DIGITS>>>>   0,1,2,3,4

   

   

  This is how i interpret part of what your trying to explain. The rest i can't make out.

  It appears but i'm not sure your just doing a number generator from a last drawn p3 number.

   is this what your trying to do?

  -1     x    -1

  +1    x   +2

  +2    x    -1

  +2    x   +2

   

  If the examples up is correct  i'm sure someone can do this in excel for you pretty fast it seems to be just a number generator.

  Okay, GUESS yes, yes, you're correct that's it!
  the center column is the base, from 0 to 9
  we have 4 patterns larger = 2 / smaller = 1
  1.1
  1.2
  2.1
  2.2
  You can use the lottery record of any American state = to make statistics of the
  of the 4 patterns
  ex =
  459 4x9 = 1.2
  157 1x7 = 1.2
  753 7x3 = 2.1
  059 0x9 = 1.2
  029 0x9 = 1.2
  468 4x8 = 1.2
  706 7x6 = 2.1
  ....
  is always the central digit chosen from 0 to 9
  we can see for delays of 4 podroes, then GUESS, we have odd / even sequences
  example 459 = base central column digit 5
  standard 1.2 being even / odd
  PLEASE SOMEONE ELSE CAN NOT EXCEL?

  ex = 555 = do not analyze
    but example =
  565 = here 5x5 = 1.1
    It does not work in 10 trigemens.

  I know Frank on the other online message board has been trying to help you help yourself, (with no success) so here's my offering to you. Seriously dr san, you will being yourself a HUGE  favor by learning to master Excel and create your own worksheets. Just think of time you will save by doing this on your own.

  Copy and paste this into cell C1
  =IF(LEFT(TEXT($A1,"000"),1)<MID(TEXT($A1,"000"),2,1),1,IF(LEFT(TEXT($A1,"000"),1)=MID(TEXT($A1,"000"),2,1),0,2))

  Copy and paste this into cell D1
  =IF(RIGHT(TEXT($A1,"000"),1)<MID(TEXT($A1,"000"),2,1),1,IF(RIGHT(TEXT($A1,"000"),1)=MID(TEXT($A1,"000"),2,1),0,2))

  Here are 2 options for auto filling the formulas into the remaining cells.

  OPTION A:
  Select cells C1 and D1
  Click and hold the left mouse button and grab the lower right corner of the selection. Now while holding down the left mouse button, drag the selection down to cell D9 and release the left mouse button. 

  

  OPTION B
  Select cells C1 through D9
  Locate the Fill option from the Excel Menubar and choose Fill - Down

  

   

  

  You should end up with this. Enter your Pick 3 numbers in column A.

  

  I understand there is a language barrier involved here, but Excel has a very extensive Help file, which I assume will be in your native language. You can view it by pressing F1 in Excel. Youtube also has many help videos where you can learn by watching.
