  hello, help building a system
    that each number has a percentage
    within the amount of games
    example = I will do 40 lottery games
    31-7
  I need to define the percentage of how many times a number will be in the 40 games,
  ex = number 5 must be 30 times 09 10 times
    26 = five times, 21 25 times, or better to put percentage = type 05 = 60% 26 15% how to do?

  helloSTACK47 you have to think of each number with its weight, its wave within a certain number
    betting, ie giving more and less weight
    in each number, you are dynamically filtering, or you mirror the bet,

  hello stack use the weight of the balls as the weight for numbers
  ex. 1 weigh 79.11 18 weigh 80.02 like that

  In a rolling 30 draw look in the powerball since the format change (Oct, 2015). The number 56 has come up nine times in 30 draws. That's the most.

  hello cmoore50, ok it's correct, you can also use conditioned wheels, ex
  assemble small groups of numbers like keys, the right condition = just one of the two keys or group to hit 2.3 numbers
    the rest turns to looking for a number each, taking advantage of the factor of giving more numbers
    on a particular key or group
    ex = num 49/6, divide into 8 groups of 5 numbers
    the algorithm or program for either of the two groups of 8 has a 2.3 number accumulation o
    rest spins taking a numbers would be a new kind of wheels

  looking for a weighted percentage. Just divide the number of times a value can appear by the total possibilities. For example, let's say 5 balls have a 1 on them, 4 balls have a 2, and 10 balls have a 3. So the total possibilities is 5+4+10 = 19. The odds of getting a 1 would be 5/19 = 26.3% ???
