But they do detect DOS attacks or too many requests. It's wise to use them as seed source or cache random bits and use the bits from cache. For my personal use the limitations don't affect at all. Either people can buy true random generator(based on various internal sources - laser, atmospheric noise, photon detection, nuclear decay measurements, etc.,). You can try to port some of the needed algorithms to PHP(Should be available already in code snippets sharing forums). My tools: IDE: Eclipse Version control: Git(local repository - filesystem store) Not all APIs are bad. It depends on who is providing it. With open-source licenses and other non restrictive licenses you are free to view the code and decide. I mostly prefer existing non restrictive(license based) APIs and sometimes purchase softwares and needed products Since many users use excel to share here, I slowly started outputting to excel and now I also use it to a certain level. Now we're in politics and EU-budgeting ... . My tools often came out good, won 4/5's in simulations here, had a 5/5 with 20 lines, that I would have posted under predictions but the limit is 10 lines.
That doesn't matter, the real cash won counts. I could do more but would have to study coding with more depth or seriously.
Swing also has limits, just like browsers have limits and you aren't save from updates. I don't know if things work better in the USA. You don't have the keyboard problem and your point is a point, not a comma.

Swing UI + Java code would be best for cross platform implementation as JAR will work fine on all OSes - Windows, Linux and Mac - as long as no OS specific features are used. Next to PHP/HTML, I prefer Swing based Java UI application development for cross platform usage. You can obfuscate Java code too. PHP HTML/JS/CSS application with Zend Guard can be combined to develop web applications sources that can't be stolen by others(encrypted code is stored on server and code is handled by Zend's engine). | | |

The generator doesn't take past draw/result history into consideration. It's all pseudo random numbers with random seed from image files(seed is random everytime). Please be aware that these are random sets. There is no guarantee on how many will match. These will serve as random samples from the whole set of possible combinations. If you play just few sets on a day, you can choose few from these using a key number or favorite number or lucky number or some hot/cold or so. I will generate some for Georgia number set.
