  You can do skips with sql select. You should be able to do them in Excel. I don't want to take the time to improve charts or code for sth that doesn't pay off and others use for free and leaving me with costs. So, I let the development and improvements.

  Not sure what spewing all this xml is for...  A market is where two people agree on a price and do the exchange...  Price and volume is what is posted after the fact...  The DOM shows the ask queue and the bid queue and you can see in realtime what is stacked up for the near future...  As transaction matching occures you can see the stacks of orders melt away...

  As an answer to your original post...  I don't think your version of "binary" works for me...  Not sure what your cost is...  Like the rest of us, your personal time and effort maybe...  And good luck with it...

  As an answer to your original post...  I don't think your version of "binary" works for me...  Not sure what your cost is...  Like the rest of us, your personal time and effort maybe...  And good luck with it...

  Basically the xml is in a file with xml extension. That xml can also be in a file without extension. It can be generated by a hosting server instead of just being there as a file.
  That xml can serve as source for a kind of html using the xml as source, filtering, sorting etc for a report or webpage. Another way is to use js to query the xml. 
  Other than xml for js is json, a kind of array that js reads and puts in html on a webpage.
  Finally you could also not use xml and json, just present data like in a csv and use that.
  So, if generated by a hosting server, it mostly is updated, the html uses the URL with or without parameters. Finally you could get tables on the page with options of display etc. As far as your fantasy goes.

  The binary is used for code. In the presented, it is stats with counts. What you make of it or not, is your own decision, wise or stupid. The wise way is to pick the numbers that will be drawn next, not those that won't be drawn next.

  Please Speler, I know what xml is...  I have been computering for many years now and across many hw and sw platforms...  What I don't understand why you would spew it like your replying something important as a response to me...  Get a grip...   Binary is used in many different ways across many different systems...  And essentially everything you do on your computer is reduced to binary...  I knew a guy once that designed computers by writing boolean equations in his lab books...  Eventually he would turn a bunch of lab books over to his engineering guys and they would build a computer from his strings of zeros and ones...

  You couldn't do anything with binary in this way, so you couldn't do much with skips or frequency? I answered to what you would do with it. Simple, writing a ... that uses the xml. I'm not a pro. XML above showed the data, so you couldn't use that data that you don't get by official and by commercial sites on a page, clean and fast. Some give is slow and dirty, no info about elements, time to mention that. As many doubt that you can get things out of data and with that skips, frequency, patterns (worst) ... you could only do filtering, wheels and random picks? ...

  My program reads the entire history csv file straight from the Missouri Lottery web page or just the most recent winning number...  Depending which read operation is chosen from the read/write menu...  I parse the csv data straight from the stream of data the web site sends and put it into a blob aka a binary large object and streamed into a file...  Or parse the most recent winning number from the state web page html/xml and add the date and number to the blob in memory, later to be streamed to a file for reuse the next time the program is run...  When I "draw" numbers to play, I write them to a file and later read the winning numbers from the state website and check for winning numbers...  The program also "prints" tickets for the two games I play...  Only takes a few minutes to "draw" and "print"...  Only a few seconds to check for winners...  Statistics and probability, GH "that which happens most often", then wheel and filter...

  Well, according to some KnUcKlEhEaDz here,..computing with "0"s & "1"s gives you an incorrect answer, in which you shouldn't trust or rely on..

  Probability iz measured from 0-1, but ooh yeah, some can't seem to trust itz answerz... but just az a computer duzzn't deal in "half truthz"...neither duzz Probability Math..Either the event duzz happen.. or it duzzn't..like itz proclaimed measurement sayz..

  I would be very careful using/trusting any Micro$oft products...  Any flavor of windoz, any of their spreadsheets...  Email...  Anything...

  As for anything transistor based, TTL etc, I wouldn't worry too much...  At least until the big EMP hits...

  Some folks just need to continue learning and some need to go back to first principles and learn again...  Boolean logic and boolean algebra seems to be some of those basics most computer dabblers seemed to have missed along with basic number systems, binary being the most basic...
