  Is there a way that the guy who bought a 30 year Mortgage when he was still getting PCH Annuity payments can cancel the mortgage saying something like,"When I bought the 30 year Mortgage I was an active PCH winner. But now that PCH is bankrupt and I'm not going to get anymore PCH Annuity payments, I need to cancel my 30 year Mortgage." Mortgage Lenders should have cancellation choices in place because a lot of bad things can pop up suddenly where the homeowner can no longer pay for the mortgage such as someone's high paying career becoming redundant and they get laid off like what happens every day when AI takes over a lot of human jobs.

  I should have just went to Google before asking this weird question. Basically it's extremely hard to cancel a Mortgage, especially a 30 year Mortgage. If you are even allowed to cancel the 30 year Mortgage you get hit with massive cancellation fees.
