  If you have never downloaded a copy of Loto Pro on your computer, than you can download the lastest version from its website for free. If you downloaded an earlier version and didn't buy it, you will have to pay for an update. If you bought an earlier version and can't get the updated version to work, e-mail the support section of the website and they will e-mail the code to enter to make the newer version work.  I've had to do that several time when my computer crashed and I had to restore it and lost some of my programs.  They keep records of their past customers and are glad to help.
