  positional frequency does not tell the whole story, out-of-position repeats in the powerball are much more common than positional repeating numbers (the basis for trend-spotting).

  Do yourself a favor, separate the data into draw history for wednesdays and draw history for saturdays... there are more repeats out of position then there are positionally, and there are more repeats on wednesdays than saturdays.

  Powerball repeats (positional) using full history = 26 in 150 draws (18.66%)

  Powerball repeats with Saturday Data (positional) = 18 in 75 draws (24%)

  Powerball repeats with Wednesday Data (positional) = 22 in 75 draws (29.33%)

  Total repeats on saturday data = 32 (42.66%)

  Total repeats on Wednesday data = 50 (66.66%)
