  Take one digit from each row to make up your 3-digit number.  If you do all of them, you will come up with 64 tickets (4X4X4 = 64). The "modified" rows are modified sequence for this state only and are designed to maximize your chance of a straight.

  My "Secret Method" indicates playing 02x.  It was working very very well, but has missed the last 2 times.  Since it is new to me, I will have to watch it a little longer.

  Tip: Play EVEN sums, play numbers with "neighbors".  Remember that 01 and 90 are also neighbors.

  Calif Evening = 765 ... a miss, but it was EVEN and it had two neighbors!!
