Bob Walker and Frances Mooney created a paradise for cats in their San Diego home. The subject of numerous books and much fascination, the brightly colored abode known as "The Cats' House" was tricked out with about 140 feet of elevated thruways, ramps, resting spots and scenic overlooks — all for the benefit of the couple's eight cats. But now Mooney and Walker have whitewashed the interior of the house and sold it (cat jungle gym included) to a buyer who has no cats.
