Guns N' Roses-November Rain

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s0McfH-hweQ

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8SbUC-UaAxE

When I look into your eyes I can see a love restrained
But darlin' when I hold you, don't you know I feel the same? yeah
Nothin' lasts forever and we both know hearts can change
And it's hard to hold a candle in the cold November rain

We've been through this such a long long time
Just tryin' to kill the pain, ooh yeah
But lovers always come and lovers always go
An' no one's really sure who's lettin' go today, walking away

And if we take the time to lay it on the line
I could rest my head just knowin' that you were mine, all mine
So if you want to love me then darlin' don't refrain
Or I'll just end up walkin' in the cold November rain

Do you need some time on your own?
Do you need some time all alone?
Everybody needs some time on their own
Don't you know you need some time all alone?

I know it's hard to keep an open heart
When even friends seem out to harm you
But if you could heal the broken heart
[From: http://www.elyrics.net/read/g/guns-n_-roses-lyrics/november-rain-lyrics.html]
Wouldn't time be out to charm you?

Sometimes I need some time on my own
Sometimes I need some time all alone
Everybody needs some time on their own
Don't you know you need some time all alone

And when your fears subside and shadows still remain, oh yeah
I know that you can love me when there's no one left to blame
So never mind the darkness we still can find a way
Nothin' lasts forever even cold November rain

Don't ya think that you need somebody?
Don't ya think that you need someone?
Everybody needs somebody
You're not the only one, you're not the only one

Don't ya think that you need somebody?
Don't ya think that you need someone?
Everybody needs somebody
You're not the only one, you're not the only one

Don't ya think that you need somebody?
Don't ya think that you need someone?
Everybody needs somebody
You're not the only one, you're not the only one

Don't ya think that you need somebody?
Don't ya think that you need someone?
Everybody needs somebody

Linkin Park - In The End lyrics

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eVTXPUF4Oz4

It starts with one thing
I don't know why
It doesn't even matter how hard you try keep that in mind
I designed this rhyme
To explain in due time
All I know
Time is a valuable thing
Watch it fly by as the pendulum swings
Watch it count down to the end of the day
The clock ticks life away
It's so unreal
Didn't look out below
Watch the time go right out the window
Trying to hold on, but didn't even know
Wasted it all just to watch you go
I kept everything inside and even though I tried, it all fell apart
What it meant to me will eventually be a memory of a time when

I tried so hard
And got so far
But in the end
It doesn't even matter
I had to fall
To lose it all
But in the end
It doesn't even matter

One thing, I don't know why
It doesn’t even matter how hard you try, keep that in mind
I designed this rhyme, to explain in due time
I tried so hard
In spite of the way you were mocking me
Acting like I was part of your property
Remembering all the times you fought with me
I'm surprised it got so (far)
Things aren't the way they were before
You wouldn't even recognize me anymore
Not that you knew me back then
But it all comes back to me (in the end)
You kept everything inside and even though I tried, it all fell apart
What it meant to me will eventually be a memory of a time when I

Chorus

I’ve put my trust in you
Pushed as far as I can go
And for all this
There's only one thing you should know

What does Jesus Christ's Sacrifice mean to you?

While Jesus was alive, he had predicted that he would rise from the dead. He challenged his enemies: "Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days." He was speaking about his body (John 2:19-22). Jesus also told his disciples many times that he would be killed by the leaders in Jerusalem, but be raised to life on the third day. The leaders who killed Jesus were aware of this prediction that he would rise from the dead. Although they did not believe it, they wanted to ensure that it would not happen, so they set a guard around the tomb. In Matthew 27:62-66 we read, "The next day, the one after Preparation Day, the chief priests and the Pharisees went to Pilate. 'Sir,' they said, 'we remember that while he was still alive, that deceiver said, "After three days I will rise again." So give the order for the tomb to be made secure until the third day. Otherwise, his disciples may come and steal the body, and tell the people that he has been raised from the dead. This last deception will be worse than the first.' 'Take a guard,' Pilate answered. 'Go, make the tomb as secure as you know how.' So they went and made the tomb secure by putting a seal on the stone and posting the guard."

Did the strategy of the chief priests and Pharisees succeed? No! Despite their efforts, Jesus rose from the dead. Remember how Jesus had said to Martha, "I am the resurrection and the life"?

I have questions about Easter. If were to be honoring the resurrection of Jesus Christ why does the day we celebrate vary so much?  What is the meaning of the Easter Bunny, or Easter Eggs?

 The Pagan Origin Of Easter

Easter is a day that is honered by nearly all of contemporary Christianity and is used to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

The holiday often involves a church service at sunrise, a feast which includes an "Easter Ham", decorated eggs and stories about rabbits.

Those who love truth learn to ask questions, and many questions must be asked regarding the holiday of Easter.

Is it truly the day when Jesus arose from the dead? Where did all of the strange customs come from, which have nothing to do with the resurrection of our Saviour?

The purpose of this tract is to help answer those questions, and to help those who seek truth to draw their own conclusions.

The first thing we must understand is that professing Christians were not the only ones who celebrated a festival called "Easter."

"Ishtar", which is pronounced "Easter" was a day that commemorated the resurrection of one of their gods that they called "Tammuz", who was believed to be the only begotten son of the moon-goddess and the sun-god.

In those ancient times, there was a man named Nimrod, who was the grandson of one of Noah's son named Ham.

Ham had a son named Cush who married a woman named Semiramis.Cush and Semiramis then had a son named him "Nimrod."

After the death of his father, Nimrod married his own mother and became a powerful King.

The Bible tells of of this man, Nimrod, in Genesis 10:8-10 as follows: "And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth. He was a mighty hunter before the Lord: wherefore it is said, even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the Lord. And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar."

Nimrod became a god-man to the people and Semiramis, his wife and mother, became the powerful Queen of ancient Babylon.

Nimrod was eventually killed by an enemy, and his body was cut in pieces and sent to various parts of his kingdom.

Semiramis had all of the parts gathered, except for one part that could not be found.

That missing part was his reproductive organ. Semiramis claimed that Nimrod could not come back to life without it and told the people of Babylon that Nimrod had ascended to the sun and was now to be called "Baal", the sun god.

Queen Semiramis also proclaimed that Baal would be present on earth in the form of a flame, whether candle or lamp, when used in worship.

Semiramis was creating a mystery religion, and with the help of Satan, she set herself up as a goddess.

Semiramis claimed that she was immaculately conceived.

She taught that the moon was a goddess that went through a 28 day cycle and ovulated when full.

She further claimed that she came down from the moon in a giant moon egg that fell into the Euphrates River.

This was to have happened at the time of the first full moon after the spring equinox.

Semiramis became known as "Ishtar" which is pronounced "Easter", and her moon egg became known as "Ishtar's" egg."

Ishtar soon became pregnant and claimed that it was the rays of the sun-god Baal that caused her to conceive.

The son that she brought forth was named Tammuz.

Tammuz was noted to be especially fond of rabbits, and they became sacred in the ancient religion, because Tammuz was believed to be the son of the sun-god, Baal. Tammuz, like his supposed father, became a hunter.

The day came when Tammuz was killed by a wild pig.

Queen Ishtar told the people that Tammuz was now ascended to his father, Baal, and that the two of them would be with the worshippers in the sacred candle or lamp flame as Father, Son and Spirit.

Ishtar, who was now worshipped as the "Mother of God and Queen of Heaven", continued to build her mystery religion.

The queen told the worshippers that when Tammuz was killed by the wild pig, some of his blood fell on the stump of an evergreen tree, and the stump grew into a full new tree overnight. This made the evergreen tree sacred by the blood of Tammuz.

She also proclaimed a forty day period of time of sorrow each year prior to the anniversary of the death of Tammuz.

During this time, no meat was to be eaten.

Worshippers were to meditate upon the sacred mysteries of Baal and Tammuz, and to make the sign of the "T" in front of their hearts as they worshipped.

They also ate sacred cakes with the marking of a "T" or cross on the top.

Every year, on the first Sunday after the first full moon after the spring equinox, a celebration was made.

It was Ishtar's Sunday and was celebrated with rabbits and eggs.

Ishtar also proclaimed that because Tammuz was killed by a pig, that a pig must be eaten on that Sunday.

By now, the readers of this tract should have made the connection that paganism has infiltrated the contemporary "Christian" churches, and further study indicates that this paganism came in by way of the Roman Catholic System.

The truth is that Easter has nothing whatsoever to do with the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We also know that Easter can be as much as three weeks away from the Passover, because the pagan holiday is always set as the first Sunday after the first full moon after the spring equinox.

Some have wondered why the word "Easter" is in the the King James Bible.

It is because Acts, chapter 12, tells us that it was the evil King Herod, who was planning to celebrate Easter, and not the Christians.

The true Passover and pagan Easter sometimes coincide, but in some years, they are a great distance apart.

So much more could be said, and we have much more information for you, if you are a seeker of the truth.

We know that the Bible tells us in John 4:24, "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth."

The truth is that the forty days of Lent, eggs, rabbits, hot cross buns and the Easter ham have everything to do with the ancient pagan religion of Mystery Babylon. These are all antichrist activities!

Satan is a master deceiver, and has filled the lives of well-meaning, professing Christians with idolatry.

These things bring the wrath of God upon children of disobedience, who try to make pagan customs of Baal worship Christian.

You must answer for your activities and for what you teach your children.

These customs of Easter honor Baal, who is also Satan, and is still worshipped as the "Rising Sun" and his house is the "House of the Rising Sun."

How many churches have "sunrise services" on Ishtar's day and face the rising sun in the East?

How many will use colored eggs and rabbit stories, as they did in ancient Babylon.

These things are no joke, any more than Judgement day is a joke.

I pray to God that this tract will cause you to search for more truth.

We will be glad to help you by providing more information and by praying for you.

These are the last days, and it is time to repent, come out and be separate.

Job Dilemma...

Hello and good day/eve/whatever LP Folks.

I have a dilemma.

I could not find a job to save my life in two years plus. Now i have four company's who would like my services. All @ $20.00 per hour.

I started a job Yesterday/Monday, 25 min drive, no big deal. Training on days permanent shift will be afternoons. Very interesting cool job, maintaining automated equip. They could use someone with my abilities to help them grow into the future.

I have 2 other company's 40 - 50 min away. Same pay, similar responsibilities.

4th job is seven min away, at a Fastener Company. They need a person to develop a maintenance plan for all their equipment and who is willing to be a dedicated employee and comply with all the maintenance in the facility. I worked with this company as a supplier for six years. Good company, going to be around for a while. Dayshift, flex hours.

I was at my other Fastener Corp for 25 years and 15 of them were spent on afternoons or midnights.

My dilemma is should i stay with the job i started Monday or should i go with the Fastener Corp?  My heart tells me to stay because i don't want to let them down but my brain is telling me to go to the fastener corp.

P.S. Both jobs are through a staffing agency, same agency, different branches.

Signed,

Totally Confused.

What should i do?

How do i tell the company that hired me i have an offer that i can not pass up?

If i won the Mega-Millions tonight all the above would be history, BIG IF...  Thinking of...

54 new planets may support life/sunlike star discovered

An orbiting NASA telescope is finding whole new worlds of possibilities in the search for alien life, including more than 50 potential planets that appear to be in the habitable zone.

In a year of peering out at a small slice of the galaxy, the Kepler telescope has spotted 1,235 possible planets outside our solar   system. Amazingly, 54 seem to be in the zone that could be hospitable to life -- not too hot or too cold, Kepler chief scientist William Borucki said last week.

Until now, only two planets outside our solar system were even thought to be in the "Goldilocks zone." And both those discoveries are highly disputed. So 54 possibilities is "an inconceivable amount," Borucki said.

The more than 1,200 newfound bodies aren't confirmed as planets yet, but Borucki estimates 80% will be eventually.

After that, it's a big step in proving that a confirmed planet has basic conditions needed to support life, such as the proper size, composition, temperature and distance from its star. More advanced aspects such as the presence of water and carbon require telescopes that aren't built yet.

Just because a planet is in the habitable zone doesn't mean it has life. Mars is a good example. And when scientists look for life, it's not necessarily intelligent life; it could be bacteria or mold or a form people can't even imagine.

Before Wednesday's announcement, the count of planets outside the solar system was 519. That means Kepler could triple the number of known planets.

Kepler also found there are many more relatively small planets, and more stars with more than one planet circling them -- all hopeful signs in the search for life.

All the stars Kepler looks at are in our Milky Way galaxy, but they're so far away that traveling there is not a realistic option. In some cases, it would take many millions of years with current technology.

What gets astronomers excited is that the more planets there are, the greater the odds that life exists elsewhere.

Astronomers have discovered a sunlike star orbited by six detected planets. The finding may help explain how our solar system formed.

Few stars have been found with more than one orbiting planet that people can observe, according to a new report in the journal Nature.

But the planets of Kepler-11, a dwarf star about 2,000 light-years from Earth, have two to 13 times the Earth's mass, said Eric Ford, associate astronomy professor at the University of Florida in Gainesville and one of the study's authors.

Until scientists can look at more planetary systems, it is impossible to know whether the solar system is normal or unusual, Ford said. Kepler-11 was discovered using NASA's Kepler space telescope.

"We have a very detailed knowledge of our own system, but we're limited because it's only one example," Ford said. "This solar system could be an oddball. Are we run-of-the mill or are we rare?"

All the detected planets orbit in about the same plane. So do the planets in our system. That suggests that planets form in a disk of gas and dust that circles a star and keep the pattern of the initial disk.

All six of the planets discovered have short orbits. The five inner planets circle the star in time periods ranging from 10 to 47 days, and the sixth planet takes 118 days.

Mercury, the smallest and innermost solar planet, orbits the sun in about 88 days and has about 6% of Earth's mass.

"This bodes well for the possibility that there are several planets that are further out," Ford said.

Advice Needed...

During my recent job searching and application completion i have come across unusual statements that the companies want you to sign your rights away, or comply with, like if you don't pass a drug test the employee must pay the test fee, or if you do not remain employed for at least 90 day's you are charged a fee that will be deducted from you last paycheck for any reason, even layoff due to insufficient work flow.

I have no issue with the above, but why would i waive my rights? I know jobs are hard to come by these days and i have all the skills for this job and then some. I would be an asset to the company. I just would like to know if i should waive my rights.

The one that's got me today is this.. "I hereby waive any right under the Bullard-Plawecki Right to Know Act, 1978 PA 397 or similar Federal or State statue. "

Link below to the PA 397 of 1978, it's only 4 pages and page 1 is mostly definition. Your feedback is appreciated.
