U.S. Federal Court Hits President Barack Hussein Obama with three charges of abuse of office

Via: Diana Nottingham In a staggering announcement an Associated Press report declared: “President Barack Obama violated the Constitution when he bypassed the Senate last year to appoint three members of the National Labor Relations Board, a federal appeals court ruled Friday.”

Mr. Lyndon Larouche, a well-connected journalist and political activist characterized the court’s assessment as “probably the greatest indictment ever seen on a standing president throughout history.” White House press secretary Jay Carney reacted strongly against the charges declaring, “we believe that the president’s recess appointments are constitutionally sound.” However, the federal court seems to disagree having put in place ” a list of charges presented as conclusions” according to Larouche.

The court appears to take the view that no such recess was in place. As such, the president was in violation of Section 5 of Article 1 of the Constitution that stipulates that a president cannot make appointments without the consent of the Senate. The failed Obama gambit had hoped to apply the section of the Constitution that reads: “The President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session.”

The Washington Post reports on the seriousness of this abuse of office, “is more than an unconstitutional attempt to circumvent the Senate’s advise-and-consent role. It is a breathtaking violation of the separation of powers and the duty of comity that the executive owes to Congress.” Crucially, no other president in history has ever tried to force through such alleged “ recess appointments” while Congress is still in session.

The offenses occurred last year when President Obama opted to bypass Congress and unilaterally appoint three people to seats on the National Labor Relations Board . He also made Richard Cordray (pictured with Obama) head of the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (after the Senate blocked action on his nomination). Cordray’s appointment, made on the same date, has been challenged in a separate court case.

Lyndon Larouche has characterized the events as probably the worst violation by any sitting president trying to use a “procedural loophole.” Jubilant Republicans are already looking to set in motion impeachment proceedings. Larouche, who studied the court indictments, believes Obama’s offenses are “far graver” than those that led to the impeachment and removal from office of disgraced Republican president, Richard Nixon, after the Watergate scandal.

15 July 2013: Being a whistleblower under the tyrannical rule of Barack Hussein Obama seems to be getting a bit “dicey” these days. So too is being a law firm representing such whistleblowers. If you’re not subjected to extravagant 21st century NSA surveillance technology, you just might end up being the victim of a less-glitzy, low-tech 1970′s Watergate era style burglary. According to the mainstream media under Obama, of course, these things simply don’t happen. Oh, except that they do, but you’re just not supposed to know about them.

While Americans were mesmerized by the Zimmerman trial, a law office in Dallas, Texas was burglarized – twice in two days over the June 29-30th weekend. It was no ordinary burglary, either. And, it was no ordinary law office. The law office of Schulman & Mathias, one of many offices situated in a large office building within a business park  in Dallas represents a high-level whistleblower by the name of Aurelia Fedenisn, a long-time investigator for the State Department’s Inspector General’s (IG) office. Ms. Fedenisn’s duties included investigating fraud, corruption and mismanagement possibly constituting either criminal wrongdoing or internal violations of State Department regulations involving some 260 embassies and diplomatic outposts across the globe.

She did her job well – perhaps too well, and found a number of instances of alleged wrongdoing and reported them, except the allegations were covered up at the highest levels of the U.S. Department of State. Among the criminality includes but is not limited to prostitution and sex crimes involving diplomats and minors children, and also included numerous instances of one U.S. ambassador who allegedly visited prostitutes as a matter of routine after bypassing a perimeter of security.

When nothing was done by the Department of State and the alleged criminality was covered-up, she reported her findings to Senator Cruz of Texas. After that, not only was Ms. Fedenisn herself harassed, but so were her children. Such harassment included agents of the U.S. Department of State IG’s office approaching her children and asking them about her mother, her current workplace, and her cell phone number. They never once identified them as government officials and engaged in this behavior to harass or intimidate, according to some reports.

The situation becomes even more convoluted, however, when concurrent with the claims of Aurelia Fedenisn, Fox News reporter James Rosen reported that two top officials of the State Department’s Diplomatic Security Service (DS), the federal law enforcement agency that protects American diplomats and investigates allegations of criminal misconduct by State Department employees, provided sworn testimony that could possibly lead to perjury charges against them.

At the epicenter of this case is DS agent Richard Higbie, a 15-year veteran of the force presently detailed to the U.S. attorney’s office in Dallas. Mr. Higbie is suing Hillary Rodham Clinton in her official capacity as former U.S. Secretary of State, alleging that DS sought to demote Higbie after he declined an overseas position due to a chronic and terminal illness of his daughter. The most curious aspect of this is that Richard Higbie, like Aurelia Fedenisn, is represented by the law firm of Schulman & Mathias – the firm that experienced a most unusual burglary, or series of burglaries.

It was 8:30 p.m. local time on Saturday, June 29, 2013 when two burglars – an unidentified man and a woman, entered the office building where the law offices of Schulman and Mathias are located. Security cameras caught footage of the pair entering and leaving the office building.

After gaining entry, the pair then made their way to an upper floor where they reportedly entered the law office through an adjacent empty office by cutting or punching a hole through the wallboard. Once inside, they stole three computers and files from a locked file cabinet they broke into using some type of crowbar-like device, never touching valuable silver bars and other items of significant, if not untraceable monetary value.

           

Hours later, at approximately 3:30 on the morning of June 30, the man returned to the law office was observed leaving with a large box, although the contents of that box were not disclosed. The story does not end there and becomes even more puzzling.

Although the burglars left many other valuables untouched and focused only on the computers and files, one of four credit cards was also reportedly stolen from  one of the adjacent desks. But here’s a real head-scratcher… that credit card was reportedly used for several retail purchases at Dallas’ Valley View Center mall around 4:45 p.m. on June 29… some four hours before the security cameras caught the burglars entering the office building.

According to Dallas police, the crimes remain unsolved, but detectives are seeking to acquire store surveillance footage in an effort to determine the identity of the individual who went on the shopping spree. Due to the potential political ramifications of the burglary, the FBI has also been called in to investigate.

Second rate burglary?

This was no second rate burglary, stated one investigative source close to this writer with knowledge about the case. “While you have two people who look very ordinary and unprofessional, it was likely set up to look that way. This was a very precise burglary – the perpetrators knew exactly what to look for and take , and were likely told what to take,” stated this source. Also, there was an unlocked office full of valuable items right across the hall of the law office. They could have hit a burglar’s lottery, but they chose not to. In fact, they were quite obvious as to what they were after, and the connection here is to the State Department whistleblower records,” added this source.

“It’s surreal to think that it was that brazen.”

An unconstitutional government is an illegitimate government. The oath of allegiance requires defense of the Constitution “against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” As the Founding Fathers made clear, the main enemy of the Constitution is the government itself.  Power does not like to be bound and tied down and constantly works to free itself from constraints.

The basis of the regime in Washington is nothing but usurped power. The Obama Regime, like the Bush/Cheney Regime, has no legitimacy.  Americans are oppressed by an illegitimate government ruling, not by law and the Constitution, but by lies and naked force. Those in government see the US Constitution as a “chain that binds our hands.”

The South African apartheid regime was more legitimate than the regime in Washington. The apartheid Israeli regime in Palestine is more legitimate.  The Taliban are more legitimate. Muammar Gaddafi and Saddam Hussein were more legitimate.

The only constitutional protection that the Bush/Obama regime has left standing is the Second Amendment, a meaningless amendment considering the disparity in arms between Washington and what is permitted to the citizenry. No citizen standing with a rifle can protect himself and his family from one of the Department of Homeland Security’s 2,700 tanks, or from a drone, or from a heavily armed SWAT force in body armor.

Like serfs in the dark ages, American citizens can be picked up on the authority of some unknown person in the executive branch and thrown in a dungeon, subject to torture, without any evidence ever being presented to a court or any information to the person’s relatives of his/her whereabouts.  Or they can be placed on a list without explanation that curtails their right to travel by air.  Every communication of every American, except  face-to-face conversation in non-bugged environments, is intercepted and recorded by the National Stasi Agency from which phrases can be strung together to produce a “domestic extremist.”

If throwing an American citizen in a dungeon is too much trouble, the citizen can simply be blown up with a hellfire missile launched from a drone.  No explanation is necessary. For the Obama tyrant, the exterminated human being was just a name on a list.

The president of the united states has declared that he possesses these constitutionally forbidden rights, and his regime has used them to oppress and murder US citizens. The president’s claim that his will is higher than law and the Constitution is public knowledge.  Yet, there is no demand for the usurper’s impeachment. Congress is supine. The serfs are obedient.

The people who helped transform a democratically accountable president into a Caesar include John Yoo, who was rewarded for his treason by being accepted as a law professor at the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt school of law.  Yoo’s colleague in treason, Jay Scott Bybee was rewarded by being appointed a federal judge on the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. We now have a Berkeley law professor teaching, and a federal circuit judge ruling, that the executive branch is above the law.

The executive branch coup against America has succeeded. The question is: will it stand? Today, the executive branch consists of liars, criminals, and traitors. The evil on earth seems concentrated in Washington.

Washington’s response to Edward Snowden’s evidence that Washington, in total contravention of law both domestic and international, is spying on the entire world has demonstrated to every country that Washington places the pleasure of revenge above law and human rights.

On Washington’s orders, its European puppet states refused overflight permission to the Bolivian presidential airliner carrying President Morales and forced the airliner to land in Austria and be searched. Washington thought that Edward Snowden might be aboard the airliner.  Capturing Snowden was more important to Washington than respect for international law and diplomatic immunity.

How long before Washington orders its UK puppet to send in a SWAT team to drag Julian Asange from the Ecuadoran embassy in London and hand him over to the CIA for waterboarding?

On July 12 Snowden met in the Moscow airport with human rights organizations from around the world. He stated that the illegal exercise of power by Washington prevents him from traveling to any of the three Latin American countries who have offered him asylum. Therefore, Snowden said that he accepted Russian President Putin’s conditions and requested asylum in Russia.

Insouciant americans and the young unaware of the past don’t know what this means. During my professional life it was Soviet Russia that persecuted truth tellers, while America gave them asylum and tried to protect them.  Today it is Washington that persecutes those who speak the truth, and it is Russia that protects them.

The American public has not, this time, fallen for Washington’s lie that Snowden is a traitor.  The polls show that a majority of Americans see Snowden as a whistleblower.

It is not the US that is damaged by Snowden’s revelations.  It is the criminal elements in the US government that have pulled off a coup against democracy, the Constitution, and the American people who are damaged. It is the criminals who have seized power, not the American people, who are demanding Snowden’s scalp.

The Obama Regime, like the Bush/Cheney Regime, has no legitimacy.  Americans are oppressed by an illegitimate government ruling, not by law and the Constitution, but by lies and naked force.

Under the Obama tyranny, it is not merely Snowden who is targeted for extermination, but every truth-telling American in the country.  It was Department of Homeland Security boss Janet Napolitano, recently rewarded for her service to tyranny by being appointed Chancellor of the of the University of California system, who said that Homeland Security had shifted its focus from Muslim terrorists to “domestic extremists,” an elastic and undefined term that easily includes truth-tellers like Bradley Manning and Edward Snowden who embarrass the government by revealing its crimes.  The criminals who have seized illegitimate power in Washington cannot survive unless truth can be suppressed or redefined as treason.

If Americans acquiesce to the coup d’etat, they will have placed themselves firmly in the grip of tyranny.

Brunswick, GA has been rocked by the unprovoked hate crime murder of a 13 month old baby. The baby was shot right in front of it’s mother by two black teenage thugs. The shooter is believed to be between the ages of 13 and 15. His accomplice was even younger. The mother was also shot in the leg.

Skin color made victims a target

Brunswick, GA is about 60% black. The area where the murder took place is overwhelmingly black. The 2010 census shows the area to be 13% white and 73% black.

The media absolutely refuses to call it a “hate crime.” CNN called it a “robbery attempt.” NBC National News made their leading online story about how a white male is a suspect in killing another white male. The suspect is called a “white supremacist” because he is an ex-con and belongs to a white prison gang. NBC even enlisted the notorious fraudsters at SPLC to comment on how white prison gangs are a major threat to public safety. Think NBC National News would report that the unprovoked execution style murder of a white baby in a black neighborhood is a “hate crime?”

Here’s another Obama regime scandal that you’re not hearing or reading about in the State Controlled Media.

The Western Center for Journalism reports that under the watch of then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the U.S. State Department was rife with corruption and sex crimes:

• State Department’s diplomatic security agents in Lebanon sexually attacked guards.
• State Department contractors in Baghdad bought illegal drugs from an underground drug ring.
• Clinton’s own security agents, at least seven of them, hired prostitutes while traveling with her in various countries, including Russia and Colombia. The agents even took the prostitutes back to their hotels. Investigators called the use of prostitutes by Clinton’s security agents “endemic.”

Most serious of all is U.S. Ambassador to Belgium Howard Gutman.

According to a suppressed State Department Inspector General (IG) report, in Brussels, Belgium’s capital, Gutman routinely ditched his security detail to solicit prostitutes, including underaged minors. 

Interestingly, the married Gutman’s residence in Brussels is on a street that is the northern border of theParc Royal/ Warandepark, where some of the alleged solicitations and ditching of security took place. According to Atlantic Wire, the park is rumored to be a site of frequent homosexual and underage prostitution involving young boys.

Even when it became known that he was engaged in pedophilia, Gutman was allowed to continue his sexual perversity for months. Why?

Because Gutman has special connections to the POS in the White House.

Like Obama, 57-year-old Howard Gutman is a graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Law School. More importantly, Gutman was a money man for Obama, having raised (“bundled”) $500,000 (half a million!) for the latter’s 2008 presidential campaign and another $275,000 for his inauguration..

As reported by S.A. Miller and Geoff Earle of the New York Post, instead of throwing Gutman in jail as a sexual predator, Hillary’s deputy,Under Secretary of State Patrick Kennedy, ordered the IG investigation ceased, and the ambassador remains in place until he departs from the ambassadorship on July 23, 2013.

All this was contained in the IG report, which outlined eight cases of problems within the State Department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS) that provides protection and investigates crimes involving any State Department workers overseas. But the cases were removed from the IG report by the department’s senior officials, including one instance of interference by Hillary Clinton’s chief of staff, Cheryl Mills.

IG senior investigator Aurelia Fedenisn turned whistleblower and revealed the massive coverup. For that, she was subjected to a campaign of intimidation.

As reported by John Hudson for Foreign Policy, FBI agents camped in front of her house, bullied her children, and demanded that she sign documents—in effect a confession—that she had stolen confidential State Department documents. Fedenisn refused and has paid the price, becoming one of the many hounded and intimidated whistleblowers pursued by the Obama regime.

Pres. Lucifer’s henchmen even went after Fedenisn’s attorneys — the law firm Schulman & Mathias. As in Nixon’s Watergate break-in, the law office of Schulman and Mathias was broken into multiple times in a single day. Even though there was money, even silver bars in the office, the only thing that the “burglars” took were computers — computers containing the files of Fedenisn’s case on Hillary Clinton’s coverup of the criminal behaviors of her State Department underlings, including pedophile Gutman.

This is the same Hillary Clinton who, just days after she stepped down from being Secretary of State, launched a new website HillaryClintonOffice.com on January 31, 2013. To match the new website, she also got a new face and new hairstyle — all moves to position herself to run for the presidency in 2016. Today a former US Treasury Official told King World News that the U.S. Federal Reserve is facing collapse, and is completely trapped at this point. Dr. Paul Craig Roberts also warned that the Fed is continuing to interfere in the gold market as they desperately attempt to implement a new global plan scheme to protect the dollar. Below is what Dr. Roberts had to say in this powerful interview.

Dr. Roberts: “How can the Fed stop printing money? If it stops printing money, the financial markets will collapse. And when the bond prices fall from the bond collapse, then the values of the debt related derivatives on the bank’s books fall, and the whole solvency problem comes back.

So everything the Fed has been doing all of these years to try to boost the solvency of the banks is wiped out if the bond market collapses.

“So they are committed to printing money.  Now, what’s the long-term effect of endless printing of money?  It’s a house of cards, and at some point it has to blow-up.  Usually it (the blow-up) happens through the exchange rate.

 

I’m beginning to think that the purpose of the Trans-Pacific (trade) Partnership and the Trans-Atlantic (trade) Partnership that Washington is currently negotiating, is to pull all of the European countries and all of the Asian countries, minus China, into structured trade relationships with the United States.  It requires all of those countries to support the (U.S.) dollar.  They would be dollar-based trade relationships.

Media Blackout: Gang Hunts “Whites” In Cincinnati

On July 8, police in Cincinnati, Ohio arrested a group of black youths after a four day campaign of hunting down and terrorizing whites in the city’s downtown section during the Independence Day holiday. Have you heard this story in the news? I doubt you have.

A recent report tells us that Cortez Baker, 16, Randolph Jones, 16, and Kentrelle Aldridge, 16, were charged with several counts of robbery and assault. More charges are likely to be come.

Surveillance tape shows the criminals beating and robbing at least 4 different people in the Queen City’s downtown section. It is likely that there were more, too.

But what is worse, Cincy police report that the <snip>s told them that they thought it was a “game.” Captain Paul Broxterman told WLWT TV 5 News that you could “equate” this incident to “a pack of lions hunting down a wounded zebra.”

An alert bike cop is credited with identifying one of the creeps and he led police to the other two. All are from Kelly Youth Services, a Cincinnati group home for troubled children.

One of the victims told reporters in Cincy that he tried to stay within view of a surveillance camera as the three beat and robbed him.

Now, imagine how the media would be treating this story if it were three white kids hunting down black people “like a wounded zebra” and beating and robbing them. We would never hear the end of the story, would we?

Not likely. If it were the other way around race-wise we’d have a national media feeding frenzy with Je$$e Jack$on and Al $harpton flooding the river city with race-hustlers and opportunists. In fact, I’d bet this story would have replaced the Zimmerman story as the main news story…. if only it were whites attacking blacks. But since it was blacks attacking whites, we hear crickets in the media.

TX Congressman Says Obama’s Under Investigation By House, Senate & FBI – Will Impeachment Follow?

Congressman Kenny Marchant (R-TX), whose district includes several areas around Dallas and Ft. Worth and who is a member of the House Committee on Ways and Means and its Subcommittee on Oversight, received a letter from a reader over at Obama Release Your Records, who goes by the name of “Dougster” venting his frustration and desire for articles of impeachment to be brought against Barack Hussein Obama. Marchant replied, stating that Obama is “under the most scrutiny” and being investigated by the House, the Senate and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Marchant indicated that as he views what is taking place with the investigations it is important for him to know the views and concerns of his constituents.

“I share your outrage over the multiple scandals involving the Internal Revenue Service, the State Department, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Justice, and other agencies under this Administration,” he wrote. “Each is alarming and each warrants a high degree of scrutiny.”

He went on to elaborate that when articles of impeachment are introduced, the House Judiciary Committee has jurisdiction to consider theme and collect critical information. From there, they would decide whether to move forward with charges that amount to “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”

Benghazi Whistle Blower: “… Americans Were Deliberately Left There To Die”

Two of my SEAL brothers (Doherty and Woods) were in Benghazi, working with the CIA on an intelligence mission to locate shoulder fired surface-to-air missiles that were stolen by Al Qaeda when Libya fell. They heard several shots being fired near the consulate. It was recorded that Ty radioed to inform his superiors and tell them what he was hearing and requested permission to assist at the consulate. However, they were told to “stand down!” An hour later, they called again to report the gunfire and requested to assist and were again told to “stand down!” WHY? And by whom? Only the President can give the order to military units to cross a country’s borders.

On or about midnight, while shooting in various areas was still going on, it was reported that Woods and Doherty called for any U.S. military support they could get because they were taking fire at the CIA safe house/annex. The request was denied. There were no communications problems at the annex, according those present at the compound (which was verified by the radio recordings and by the drone that was flying overhead.) The team was in constant radio contact with their headquarters. In fact, it was reported that Doherty was on the roof of the annex manning a heavy machine gun killing several terrorists when mortars were fired at the CIA compound. Because they knew that there was a drone overhead, Woods had a laser on the mortar position for targeting. However, the drone was reported to be unarmed.

It was reported that both Woods and Doherty were killing every terrorist that appeared. Ty repeatedly requested back-up support from a Specter gunship that was in a neutral area. This is a C-130 aircraft that fires 20mm bullets (about the size of a man’s thumb) and 105 howitzer rounds at laser-illuminated targets. This aircraft is commonly used by U.S. Special Operations forces to provide support to Special Operations teams on the ground involved in intense firefights. The aircraft was told to “stand down”! WHY? And by whom? Again, only the President can give the order to military units to cross a country’s borders or not to.

It was learned that the fighting at the CIA annex alone went on for more than four hours; this was enough time for any planes based in Spain, Italy, or Djibouti to arrive and assist. However, two separate Tier One Special operations forces were told to wait: a special Marine FAST unit and Delta Force operators. WHY? And by whom? Only the President can give the order to military units to cross a country’s borders. Why did the president NOT give the order?

It was learned through various witnesses that the end came when the terrorists fired mortar rounds that detonated on top of the annex. It is believed that Doherty was killed when the mortar exploded, and Ty Woods was mortally wounded. Woods bled out from his wounds for several hours after he was hit. This was reported by those who were sent in to recover the Ambassador’s body; and when they saw the type of wounds that Woods had received from the exploded mortar round and the amount of blood that he had lost, it was speculated that he had lived for perhaps 1 or 2 hours before he finally died from the loss of blood.             I hadn’t thought about this – but where are Obama’s past girlfriends  surely he had at least one? No past girl friends popping up anywhere? Strange – strange to the point of being downright weird! this is just plain old common sense, no political agendas for either side. Just common knowledge for citizens of a country, especially American citizens, who know every little tidbit about every other president (and their wives) that even know that Andrew Jackson’s wife smoked a corn cob pipe and was accused of adultery, or that Lincoln never went to school or Kennedy wore a back brace, or Truman played the piano.

 We are Americans We are known for our humanitarian interests and caring for our ‘fellow man.’ We care, but none of us know one single humanizing fact about the history of our own president. No one who ever dated him ever showed up! Taken his charisma, which caused the women to be drawn to him so obviously during his campaign, looks like some  lady would not have missed the opportunity.                       

  We all know about JFK’s magnetism, McCain was no monk, Palin’s courtship and even her athletic prowess were probed. Biden’s aneurisms are no secret. Look at Cheney and Clinton- we all know about their heart problems. How could I have  left out Wild Bill before or during the White House? Nope… not one lady has stepped up and said, “He was soooo shy,” or “What a great dancer!” Now look at the rest of what we know… no classmates, not even the recorder for the Columbia class notes ever heard of him. 

Who was the best man at his wedding? Start there. Check for groomsmen. Then get the footage of the graduation ceremony.  Has anyone talked to the professors? Isn’t it odd that no one is bragging that they knew him or taught him or lived with him.  When did he meet Michele and how? Are there photos? Every president provides the public with all their photos, etc. for their library.

What has he released? Nada – other than what was in this so-called biography! And experts who study writing styles etc. claim it was not O’s own             words or typical of his speech patterns, etc. Does this make any of you wonder?  Ever wonder why no one ever came forward from Obama’s past, saying they knew him, attended school with him, was his friend, etc? Not one person has ever come forward from his past. This should really be a cause for great concern. Did you see the movie titled, The Manchurian Candidate? 

As insignificant as we all are… someone whom we went to school with remembers our name or face… someone remembers we were the clown or the dork or the brain or the quiet one or the bully or something about us.  George Stephanopoulos, ABC News said the same thing during the 2008 campaign. Even George questions why no one has acknowledged that the president was in their  classroom or ate in the same cafeteria or made impromptu  speeches on campus. Stephanopoulos was a classmate of Obama at Columbia-class of 1984.

He says he never had a single class with him. Since he is such a great orator, why doesn’t anyone in Obama’s college class remember him? And, why won’t he allow Columbia to release his records? Do you like millions of others, simply assume  all this is explainable – even though no one can?   NOBODY REMEMBERS OBAMA AT COLUMBIA 

 Looking for evidence of Obama’s past, Fox News contacted 400 Columbia University students from the period when Obama claims to have been there, but not one remembers him. For example, Wayne Allyn Root was (like Obama) a political science major at Columbia , who graduated in 1983.  In 2008, Root says of Obama, “I don’t know a single person at Columbia that knew him, and they all know me. I don’t have a single classmate who ever knew Barack Obama at Columbia … EVER! Nobody recalls him. Root adds that he was, “Class of ’83 political science, pre-law” and says, “You don’t get more exact or closer than that.. Never met him in my life, don’t know anyone who ever met him.” 

At our 20th class reunion five years ago, who was asked to be the speaker of the class? Me. No one ever heard of  Barack! And five years ago, nobody even knew who he  was. The guy who writes the class notes, who’s kind of the, as we say in New York , ‘the macha’ who knows everybody, has yet to find a person, a human who ever met him.”  Obama’s photograph does not appear in the school’s yearbook, and Obama consistently declines requests to talk about his years at Columbia , provide school records, or provide the name of any former classmates or friends while at Columbia .         

    How can this be?

NOTE: Wayne Allyn Root can easily be verified. He graduated valedictorian from his high school, Thornton- Donovan School , then graduated from Columbia University in 1983 as a Political Science major in the same ’83 class in which Barack Hussein Obama states he was.   Some other interesting questions. Why was Obama’s law license inactivated in 2002? Why was Michelle’s law license inactivated by court order? According to the U.S. Census, there is only one Barack Obama – but 27 Social Security numbers and over 80 aliases.. WHAT!?

The Social Security number he uses now originated in Connecticut where he is never reported to have lived. No wonder all his records are sealed! Please continue sending this out to everyone. Somewhere, someone had to know him in school… before he “reorganized” Chicago and burst upon the scene at the 2004 Democratic Convention and made us swoon with his charm, poise, and speaking pizzazz.   One of the biggest CONS this country has ever seen, and getting away with it. This is scary
